Ralph and Erica Kauten live in Madison, WI. Growing up on a farm in Iowa, Winn Hites was purchased to provide a meeting space for family in Wisconsin and Iowa. We have owned the property for nearly 20 years and have used it many times for family reunions.

Why they chose this property

Winn Hites is located above the Mississippi River in the Driftless region of Wisconsin. The area is peaceful, full of wildlife, (mostly deer and turkey), and hosts some of the most beautiful scenery in the midwestern United States.

What makes this property unique

You won't see a more beautiful panoramic view of the upper Mississippi River Valley.
