The place was clean and had good room other than where to put your clothing. The location is convenient for walking in Wailea. It was a short walk down the street to catch the walkway along the ocean through the Andaz hotel. The distance to the swimming pool and ocean within the complex is about 1/3 of a mile. The parking by the ocean side pool is restricted to people living in those units.
The unit was exceptionally clean, well furnished, and thoroughly stocked. We happened to be there during the most severe torrential rains and flood warnings in 74-75 years. Even so, because the entire complex is so easy to enjoy - beautiful pool, cabana, shops, restaurants nearby - we still had a great time! Our host was helpful and responded quickly when we had any questions. She also checked in on us because of the storms. I really appreciate her concern. The A/C unit in the bedroom was a bit too loud, but we just used the A/C in the frontroom and used the freestanding floor fans to circulate the air and it was perfect. It was a great vacation and we lived through a historic weather event! Good times…
Enjoyed getting to know the area. The condo was close to parking so easy in and out. I usually prefer upstairs but was glad to have the downstairs here. The bedroom was located a good space from the front room which was nice since sharing with my son and his GF. Enjoyed the place.
Host interaction was limited. The upstairs condos air conditioning unit kept us awake. When it was on the vibration reverberated throughout the bedroom. I did report this to a contact person. The unit was well equipped.
