It was a great place in a beautiful location in Fairbanks. Far enough out of town to enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough to town to be convenient for errands and activities. Would happily stay again.
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The home had a warm, welcoming feel, and the view of trees through the windows was very relaxing. It was nice to be on the outskirts of town surrounded by nature, while still conveniently located near the city area. It was very clean, well kept, and so nicely decorated. The comfortable beds and couches allowed us to rest well at night and in between activities. It was definitely a wonderful stay!
We were visiting family living in the Goldstream area north of Fairbanks, and this location was ideal for us. The place is spacious and clean. It's semi rural Alaska, so don’t look for fancy amenities but we found our stay here to have everything we needed
We stayed at your place for a family gathering. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone. The location was not only very convenient but peaceful and beautiful. Everything was as described and the host was easy to work with and communicated promptly. Would recommend!

Loved this property!! Back in the woods and we saw the northern lights right over the house. Easy to get in and out. Clean and well laid out w 4 bedrooms. Big fan of the owner and his dog, Baby! Highly recommend!!
Duplex was clean and kitchen was nicely stocked. The spaghetti and sauce provided was a nice addition as well. The unit comfortably slept our group of five adults and three kids. Located just on the outskirts of Fairbanks with a 10-minute drive to town.
The house was as just as advertised. Very clean. Nice welcome basket. We had everything we needed. Close to town, but far enough outside we had lovely forest surrounding. Even saw moose mama and babies! Highly recommend.
The host answered every phone call while I was still home in Florida. :) I had tons of questions and he was easy to talk with and very patient. We arrived to a plate of cookies and pasta with all the necessities to cook it with all together on the counter. The home was lovely, the coffee bar was perfect and the quiet little tucked away location was just minutes down easy roads. We did laundry and read books and brochures of the area, then enjoyed the beautiful Northern Lights from locations not far away. Would definitely stay again if I a up that way.
