This downstairs unit features a KING size bed, dining area, and kitchenette. Coffee is ready to brew by the pot or cup. Shower toiletries are provided in our walk in tile shower. Our Roku TV has Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and Peacock TV ready for you to enjoy.
Unit B has its own driveway with a carport. Guests may see other guests from Unit A outside. NO indoor space is shared. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of other guests.

Great property, very clean and cozy. However, the location is bad. Bad area. Not worth the money because of the location. Did not feel safe to even sit outside.

I'm sorry to hear you did not feel safe. I've had no issues with my neighbors and regularly allow my children to play outside at the property without any issues. I'm disappointed you did not reach out to me regarding this issue. I'm curious what caused you to feel unsafe?

DONT STAY HERE!!!!
Super dangerous neighborhood!! After I checked in I was advised by four different locals to check out and never go back. Heavy gunfire in the area. I asked the owner for a refund because I never stayed and she refused. She made it a cute place but cute doesn’t count in the ghetto.

I suspect Holly may hold some bias against people that look different than herself. I have never had any issues with my neighbors or anyone in my neighborhood. I've never heard gunfire in the neighborhood. My neighbors are actually quite friendly. I spend a lot of time at the house and lived in this neighborhood for 3 years with my young children. We've never had a single incident since we opened this property or while I lived there. We also have a security system that is monitored by a third party service and myself as a safety precaution which we do for all our properties regardless of location.
