Great Access to downtown, Convention Center, Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park, numerous bars and restaurants. Even a Vegas Style Nightclub on the block... PLEASE NOTE: between Thursday and Sunday Nights there is probability of loud music from the club until 3 or 4AM (if they are open). We provide earplugs, a white noise machine and SmartTVs in bedroom and living area. Most guests use a combination or just sleep with TV on and/or are just not bothered.
What makes this property unique
You would be next to a friendly local bar and bites AND be above Leeland House... **from Texas Monthly A historic building in EaDo has been transformed into the kind of place we want in our neighborhood—a cozy cafe for breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch, with a welcoming bar that dispenses wine, bubbly, and beer. From the well-curated midday menu—consisting of a soup, four salads, and five sandwiches—we enjoyed the French onion soup, a lovely rendition with deeply flavored stock and croutons, not too heavy on the cheese. We rounded it out with a pair of salmon sliders featuring small cuts of seared filet with avocado, capers, and an ingenious tzatziki sauce on heavenly butter rolls. A bistro dinner menu is in the offing.
