Easy to find, access, parking, and features. Place was very clean, the location felt safe, and was very close to restaurants, shopping, and 15 minute drive to downtown Des Moines. For the price it was amazing!
Great location, very clean, very quiet and up-to-date. Easy check in. Nice grounds including garage, parking, dog park. Exceeded our expectations. We stayed the full month of September and are likely to stay again.

My partner and I stayed at this homey, comfortable apartment and I was so impressed by how clean, organized, and peaceful it was. The amenities were everything I could ask for and a simple check out process. I already have another booking scheduled!
We enjoyed our stay here. We had a minor setback when the batteries in the door failed but the property host was great and we were able to get a key to override the electronic lock. VRBO made communication with the host difficult when this happened, but once he was aware of the issue it was handle. The previous person who stayed must have cook a lot of bacon because the place had a heavy smell of bacon and bacon grease was everywhere. We were able to use supplies that were on hand to get that cleaned up and it did not deter from our stay. This is a great location. We will be back.
