About this property

Need a little sunshine in your life? Come stay at this updated, bright & cheery upstairs apartment in the heart of Amarillo. Relax in this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home, complete with a full kitchen, and workspace with a printer! This spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor above commercial office space and has it’s own private entrance. One stall of the attached garage is available for use during your stay! Located near a park, with quick access to I-40, shopping and great restaurants.
Guest access
Parking is available on the first floor garage. Once stall is reserved for our guests! The other side is used for storage for our real estate office. You may also park on the west side by the staircase.
Other things to note
The washer and dryer are on the bottom level in the garage. You access the garage stairway from the door east of the kitchen.
