About the host
Hosted by Charles Hair
My husband and I (Sue) are Amarillo/Canyon natives who love sharing the grace and comforts of my childhood home with guests. After having been long term rental property for 20 years, I wanted to take control of it a s make my mother's home and my father's yard pretty, clean, and neat again. Then, we turned out to enjoy hosting people here.
Why they chose this property
My father originally bought this 20 acres to graze cattle in the 1950s, building a home here in 1963. He and my mother would never have dreamed how this house is now blessing travelers.
What makes this property unique
It has the skyline of the Texas panhandle country, with the convenience of a suburb. And there are very entertaining goats of all ages on the property who often pay a visit to the front yard. This home has every appointment to make your stay comfortable.
