Would rent again!

In town for a family wedding shower. Lots of room for us, so clean and had everything we needed- even an iron and ironing board. Perfect spot for us.

Wellsville weekend

Property was very neat and tidy. Parking was excellent and getting into the apartment was easy. Steve, the host was very prompt in his responses. We would definitely book this again when we come back for family visit.

Cute apartment in a lovely location. This apartment was clean, had ample kitchen items, and was well stocked with linens. The owner was quick to answer any questions or concerns. The location was in 100% walkable to the Modern Diner and plenty of other restaurants, as well as a grocery store. I would highly recommend this apartment

Class reunion

It was perfect. Within walking distance of everything. Loved it and if we make it back to Wellsville for my 60th class reunion (in 5 yrs), I hope it is still an VRBO
