Three bedroom Santa Rosa Villa with 2 bathrooms steps to La Quinta Resort grounds, great for families!

The Space:
This is a single story home backing up to a large, green, backyard area. You are about a block to the communal pool and tennis courts. One block to the La Quinta Hotel and Resort which has a World Class Spa. You will not have hotel resort privileges with this rental.

The beautiful living area is bright with lots of windows and features a large screen TV, and beautiful fireplace. A newly remodeled kitchen makes this house even nicer. The view of the surrounding mountains from the kitchen eating area is wonderful. The master suite has a private bath, flat screen TV and a King bed. One guest bedroom consists of a Queen bed and a sit to stand desk. The other guest room consists of a double bed, bunk beds, and ample desk space. This space is perfect for large groups or families traveling together. All the comforts of home for your vacation getaway!

You will not have resort amenities with this rental, but you are welcome to dine at the resort restaurants and book a reservation at the public resort spa or golf courses.

Great, cozy and affordable stay!

Great, affordable rental in Santa Rosa Cove. We stayed here over the Christmas holiday with our family of 4 and loved our stay. The home is very cozy and is in a great location, located just outside the gate to the Tennis Villas and the remainder of the La Quinta/Waldorf Astoria properties. The home is somewhat "spartan" in it's decorations which lends towards the feeling of a rental property, but this didn't bother us in the least as the house was considerably more affordable than others in the neighborhood. Check in process was quick and easy, property manager was easy to work with, and we had no issues whatsoever during our stay. We will certainly look to stay again next year!

Really nice place in great location

Old guys golf trip. Needed a place for six. This place was perfect. Clean. Great location. No hassles. This was my first VRBO experience and the host was very helpful and easy to deal with.

Beautiful location. Wonderful amenities ie. tennis courts and pools. Beautiful common areas.

The condo was not very clean. Floors were stained and dusty. We had no wash cloths or hand towels in the bathrooms. No soap but a little facial packet No cork screw or laundry detergent. More cutlery ( knives forks spoons would have been helpful). The furniture was very stained and worn. For the price charged, the amenities were lacking

LaQuinta Santa Rosa Property

The property was at a great location with good amenities. It needed some cosmetic maintenance including the blinds in the living room. It also wasn’t as clean as one would expect. The bedcovers had some stains, some of the sheets were older and worn out. Patio set was dusty. Lastly there was minimal hygiene products including shampoo and soap provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay and made the best experience out of it.

La Quinta Oasis

This a very well located home in the Santa Rosa Cove community next door to the La Quinta Resort. There were plenty of community pools within easy walking distance and the back patio opened onto a shared grassy area. The home was nice and the three bedrooms more than accommodated our four person family. The home did need a little maintenance (a couple shades didn't have workable adjustments, bunk bed ladder hooks were broken) but we managed through it just fine. The location was really the key to his home.

Very clean and comfortable, just as advertised

The condo was very clean and the furnishings were very comfortable. We were able to walk or ride bikes to everything we wanted to do. There were numerous pools, and very few people around. Management was responsive and kind. The air conditioning is quite loud when it pops on and off, but that would be our only complaint. We had a great weekend!

Great Stay!

This place was just as advertised. The location right next to LaQuinta was great and the pools and tennis courts were everywhere! The golf course was also walking distance and the kids loved going to the range.

SOOOOO disappointed with this property. Very dated, only kitchen updated. Beds uncomfortable, very sparse with amenities. I had to go out and purchase toilet paper and paper towels because the property manager only left a 1/2 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper for a week stay. There was nothing in the house to use like napkins, foil, saran wrap. Just salt! Would not stay at this property again.

The pictures on the website are up to date. We make sure that the guests can see exactly what they are renting. We understand the property is dated. If the renter would have called us about the paper towels and toilet paper, we would have brought them over to them immediately. It is our policy that everything is disposed of after each guest departs, therefore, no foil, saran wrap, and condiments are not provided. We are sorry the guest did not have a good stay.
