This two-bedroom, 2 bath 1500 sq. ft luxury vacation home is remodeled, upgraded and custom decorated throughout. It is located in a perfect location - a short distance between the La Quinta Resort & Club and the Dunes Golf Course/Clubhouse.

The back patio is uniquely positioned with a stunning backdrop of the Santa Rosa Mountains and a large green belt. Newer patio furniture and BBQ to entertain and steps away from the tennis court and swimming pool. Enjoy access to 6 tennis courts and 12 pools and jacuzzis.

The unit has vaulted ceilings and an open kitchen/bar area making it perfect for entertaining (the dining table seats up to 8) or cozy up in the breakfast nook for a more intimate setting. The kitchen boasts all matching stainless steel appliances and the bedrooms have luxurious pillow top beds with 600 count Egyptian cotton sheets.

There is a very large HD flat screen TV (55 in?) in the living room with 42' HD TVs in the guest room, all with premium cable and Wi-Fi throughout. (Permit #105014)

If you have been to La Quinta before, enjoyed Old Town La Quinta and the La Quints Resort and Spa, you will love this place. So often it is all about location, and this unit has the location. It is very clean and well appointed. There aren two step downs one into the living room and one in the primary bedroom so be careful upon first entering.

This is a fabulous unit in the Santa Rosa Cove development. The condo is nicely furnished and well maintained. The owner was just so attentive. Great location, pool and tennis courts are just steps away. The unit definitely surpassed our expectations and would recommend to our friends. We hope to visit again

Very nice! Besides the tv cable box not working and having people come in to try and repair several times over a couple of days that was a bit inconvenient. When we arrived I had to clean the the secondary bathroom countertop and dirty sink. Also the owners were parked out front waiting for us to checkout . It was strange and uncomfortable! But all in all very nice unit and location. Very well appointed, everything you need for a comfortable stay in La Quinta.

The Perfect Retreat

From beginning to end, this experience was delightful! Stacey was great to work with. The property was lovely, clean, very well stocked with all we needed, and the location was perfect. We started out our days with a long walk, often over to the La Quinta Resort for coffee. The pool and tennis court were only a few steps away and we used both every day. The sunsets from the patio were also beautiful. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return!

Perfect getaway in a great community - pools, tennis, golf

This was our 3rd time coming to Santa Rosa Cove and we loved this unit. It’s clean, updated, and fully stocked. The tennis courts and pool are right outside the back patio. The beds were extremely comfortable and the home had everything we needed for my family of 3 + small dog. We loved the Weber BBQ - we grilled steaks a few nights with the gorgeous sunset. Stacey was extremely responsive and made our check-in/check-out very easy. We loved our week staying in this unit and hope to be back. Thank you for welcoming us in your home.

Very enjoyable stay. Clean and cozy. Well stocked kitchen. Adjacent to the La Quinta Hotel and resort. Walked to the resort for morning coffee. PGA West Dunes and Mountain Golf courses very close by. Normally we would dine at a couple of the resort restaurants, but they were only providing takeout food because of COVID restrictions. Great place for a getaway

FAMILY TIME

We came to California to visit with our Marine who is stationed out here. His one request after months in the desert was to see green. Done, the backyard was beautiful with green grass and trees. We were steps away from the pool. It was so nice and roomy. The unit is clean and comfortable. My son compared his bed to a cloud. The master bed/bath was wonderful! The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare and eat together as a family. Grocery store is less than 10 min away. The neighbors are friendly and pleasant. The property manager, Stacy answered our questions quickly. It was just a great experience all around.
