A stunning1888 renovated sandstone building houses 2 private condos on Whitewood`s Main Street. This downtown location is conveniently across from a historic bar/restaurant with outdoor patio & next door to a Beer Garden. This massive condo sleeps 11 people in 4 bedrooms (6 beds) and offers 3 full bathrooms. Centralized in the Black Hills w/in 1hr 20 min to any BH attraction. Rapid City 30 min, Spearfish 10 min, Sturgis 7 min, Deadwood 15 min, Devil`s Tower 1hr 15 min, Badlands 1hr 15 min

As you enter, you`ll be greeted by an open concept living area with two dining tables and island seating, perfect for gathering and entertaining. The living room features a cozy fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings, and a poker table for some friendly competition. Each bedroom provides you with high end mattresses for the best night`s sleep and your own mounted Roku TV. Step outside onto the deck to relax in the hot tub or gather around the outdoor fire table for s`mores under the stars.

Smoking is not allowed in the condo but is allowed outdoors, away from doors and windows. Safe butt disposal on back deck.
Guests will be financially responsible for any damages caused by anyone in their party, including pets.

Guests will be given privacy during their stay, but we are only 5 minutes away should you need anything.

We had a wonderful stay here for a spring break trip with friends! The hot tub was wonderful, and we spent most nights there hanging out. The Vrbo was clean and very spacious, with the couch being soooooo comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever in the area. Short distance from Rapid City and Deadwood, which allowed us to visit the local towns when we wanted/needed to.

SD Great location and Stay

Location was perfect with short drives within an hour to get where we wanted to go. The inside was awesome with everything you need and Brandi was great at communicating. Didn't realize this was upstairs(with a lot of stairs) in which some of our party struggled with, but all in all this was wonderful and would stay here again.

Historic in Whitewood

My family stayed here two nights so that we could attend my aunt’s funeral service in nearby Spearfish. This place was very well equipped with all the modern amenities, while gushing historic charm. Host was amazing too!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our family weekend away. There was plenty of room for the whole family, with four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a large flight of stairs to get up to the condo. Bullwacker’s across the street has good food. The next time we are in the area we will definitely stay again

We loved our stay in this house! Location was great- in the middle of so many attractions yet the town was quiet. We had plenty of room for everyone and the house had everything we needed. Loved the deck, fire pit and hot tub. We loved that the house had all the "old" touches while still being modernized! Would definitely stay here again..

We came and celebrated Christmas vacation style with our children and grandchild. We loved the spacious yet cozy feel that the tall ceilings and windows created in this beautiful historic condo. We truly had no complaints about anything and everything you could possibly need was provided except the Christmas tree. We never found one and asked if there was one available on property. There was in the lower floor but that’s not where we were staying. So we bought a mini Christmas tree and improvised. That was the only minor issue.

Wonderful girls weekend

The property was wonderful for 4 of us for a girls get away weekend. Large open beautiful space. We did not use the hot tub as it looked a bit green and was 103 which didn't seem warm enough but otherwise the place was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Very nice!

Beautiful!!

This place is so unique - it takes your breath away! Our kids say they would love to live here:) Brandi was so good to work with and we fell in love with the condo the minute we stepped into the entry way. The condo is so spacious yet cozy, and makes you feel as if you're in another era all together! Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well, we were so happy to be able to bring them:) I would highly recommend staying here.
