Sits on a quiet street right in town close to restaurants and 15 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Half way point between Cincinnati and Lexington where other fun activities are located. The lower level has a living room (pull out couch & ottoman sleeper), half-bath, kitchen, dining room table (6 guest), and the laundry room. Washer didn't work very well. Dryer didn't work well at all. Coffee pot hadn't been dumped and had mold growing in it. One lamp had a light bulb burned out. However, overall clean and adequate for the little time we spent there.

The bedrooms are beautifully outfitted with comfortable beds and bedding.We aren’t tv watchers so having a couple chairs on your cute back patio would be a relaxing spot. We did welcome having the little park with a walking trail so close by.Thank you.

More spacious than I thought, quiet neighborhood, only thing i didnt loke was the shower head it was too hard on the skin. Host was very responsive, clean property.

Our stay at the cozy den was lovely. It was a comfortable property, very neat and well stocked with the basic necessities that we could need. Brittany was very quick to respond, and made sure we had all the details we may need to have a successful stay.

You get a code to enter the house day of check in. Everything appeared clean and the rooms were nice. The kitchen does have a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig, but double check with the owner if coffee will be provided as we didn't see any when we were there. There was tea, with a few varieties of sweetener though.The neighborhood was quiet, and it was fairly easy to find.

We enjoyed our stay.The cozy den was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with supplies needed. We liked having coffee and preparing for the day at the kitchen table and later relaxing on the chaise sofa to watch a movie after daily outings.

Great property for younger people.

apt. was clean,easy to get off interstate good location for Ark and Creation.the only problem was stairs. We were two couples over 60.yrs old.stairs were steep and not easy to climb. Would be great you younger people. Host was great and we were able to get in early.
