Awesome place

Definitely a cool, secluded, quiet little cabin. The people were super friendly. The golf course is nice. I would definitely recommend it and I will be staying there again in the future.

Perfect for a quick weekend get away

The cabin was just what we were looking for. Rusk, Tx is about 3 hours away and we were looking for some quiet relaxed time. We also lucked out with the weather, July in Texas is often brutal, but we enjoyed low 80s and partly cloudy skies.

Nice Quaint Cabin

Nice little cabin to stay in while our son was playing baseball in Rusk. Great location as it relates to town. From the listing I thought it was a little more secluded instead of right at the parking lot of the golf course. Check in was seamless and overall great stay for the price. Would stay again over any hotel if in Rusk.

Getaway Cabin in Rusk

This was the perfect rental for us. Great bed, shower, sink, and kitchen. An added bonus for us was the large patio deck to overlook the lake. It has a firepit and grill if you need it. Owners are very responsive to anything you need. We will definitely stay again.

My wife and I agree that this was a great "get away from it" cabin. While a short distance from Rusk, you would never know it. The cabin, the owners, and location made this an awesome vacation for us! Would do it again!

Quaint Little Cottage/Cabin...

My wife and I stayed the weekend here to get away from the hustle and bustle of life for her birthday. It was perfect and very relaxing. While sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch we enjoyed the view with the local chickens, goats, ducks and rooster. We made a fire in the firepit and enjoyed the cool night breeze. Enjoyed the stay and recommend it to anyone looking for a cute and relaxing getaway.

Bunkhouse

The bunkhouse was truly a breath of fresh air nestled on a family friendly golf course. My 7 y/o curious and adventurous son loved getting to play with the dogs, feed the chicken and the ducks, and “hiking” the golf course. He even got to putt a few holes! We really enjoyed our stay and can not wait to come back!

A peaceful place

I was looking for a place to be alone. With a stressful job, kids and grandkids, I don’t have too many breaks to read, write and rest. The Bunkhouse was everything I needed. Came home completely rejuvenated!!! Will definitely make this an annual trip!
