Inside, this home is beautifully decorated and can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. This home comes equipped with a full kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living room for you to enjoy time with your family and friends. Watch the spectacular sunsets from one of your multiple balconies located on each floor, or walk out your front door to the sugary white sand of our world-famous beaches. This unit also includes a very convenient outdoor shower and the use of the pool at the Siesta Key Beachside Villas just a block away. Even better still, this unit is only a short stroll into Siesta Key Village, where you can experience many of the wonderful shops and restaurants the island has to offer! With views like this, this vacation home is sure to be your choice returning year after year!
*This unit is stairs only. All guests must have the ability to use stairs

Cannot Beat This Location

This location is top notch. I hadn’t been to Siesta Key before and was so happy with the location. Very clean, rooms are very large and up to date.

Great location!

Overall great location and room setup. I gave it a 4 rating because Kitchen is bare minimum cooking supplies, and no platters or pitchers for serving a large group. Biggest problem was the beach chairs; to pay this much for a beach house and still have to rent beach chairs was disappointing!

All of our units come stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a wagon so we deeply apologize if you rented chairs from an outside source. We can also supply extra beach chairs upon request if the unit does not have enough for your party. I have also forwarded the feedback about the kitchen to the owner of the unit so we can rectify that going forward.

The property is definitely in a nice location, and the house was nice. However- there was a lot of traffic, people working on the house, just letting themselves in, waking us up, and pulling in our driveway and blocking us ALL THE TIME. It made for an extremely disruptive stay- which we drove over 1000 miles for. I was very disappointed by the property management team.
