Convenient and Clean

Great place for larger groups in Meridian (Boise). Convenient to a lot of great restaurants and breweries!

townhomes

Both homes are very similar. The listing is not as accurate as it should be. One home has a pull out couch but the other is just a futon. The mattress on the pullout is VERY uncomfortable and we had to buy an air mattress. The listing should specify that the futon is not a pull out. the houses are dated and could use some upgrades. One house smelled old, etc. The listing says the main bedroom has a king bed in both houses but only one had a king. The other was a queen. The house was clean and worked for what we needed but definitely needs improving.

I have a wonderful husband and 3 amazing kids and I love spending the winters in Arizona and summers in Boise, ID.

Why they chose this property

We had this townhouse built to our exacting specifications. We wanted this home to have an open floorplan, upgraded everything and a huge back yard for relaxation. We picked Meridian because it's the town where I grew up and is now the fastest growing city in Idaho. We picked this neighborhood because it's very quiet and comfortable and also very close to Alebertsons and lots of other shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The huge back yard is fully fenced so that kids and adults can relax and have fun in privacy.
