This custom-built lodge in the Whites has room for 8, a large private yard, pool, hot tub, sauna, fireplace, grill, and plenty of space to relax. Inside you'll find an open-concept kitchen and living space for entertaining, primary bedroom and bath upstairs, 2 bedrooms on the main floor, an additional game room in the basement to enjoy, and washer/dryer.

Plenty of activities nearby including Parks, GreatGlenTrails, SantasVillage, StoryLand, N.Conway, Brewery, Wildcat Mt, Sunday River, ATVing.

The space
The home has ample parking for 4 vehicles and plenty of space to enjoy and unwind with family and friends. Walk to the Stony Brook Trailhead or swim on the Peabody River. Minutes away you have access to stores, restaurants, breweries, ATVs, snowmobiling, and more in Gorham, NH.

Guest access
Access to the entire home and all its amenities will be provided to guests ahead of arrival.

Other things to note
House has an alarm system with a changeable code and indoor motion sensors. No cameras inside, but there are motion-activated security cameras outside.

Guests are expected to remove shoes while in the home and no smoking is allowed indoors. Sorry, no pets.

Gorham-White Mountains retreat

To start off, this has to be the friendliest, most helpful host we've had to date. Communication prior to arrival was excellent and check in process was a breeze. The house was a perfect getaway, with plenty of space to spread out, game room, great pool and even a hot tub for those days when a little sore from activities. I can only come up with 1 tiny critique, the road noise from rt 16 can be a little loud when outside and even inside you'll hear the occasional motorcycle/big truck roaring by. We got used to it and it didn't damper our time. It is still a great private location at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Why they chose this property

The White Mountains and Gorham, NH are home to many attractions for families, couples, and all other guests. From the National Forest, outdoor and indoor recreation, to year-round sports, shopping in nearby North Conway, to great food and breweries. This property is perfect for hosting family and friends to enjoy all there is in the area. The hot tub is open year-round along with the sauna. The outdoor pool is open from the week before Memorial Day to the week after Labor Day.

What makes this property unique

A hot tub, sauna, and outdoor pool it may be tough to leave the property however the Peabody River and several swimming holes away nearby not to mention all of the extra-curricular activities from ATVing, snowmobiling, skiing, hiking, and site seeing. Santa's Village and Story Land are within 30 minutes.
