Private Lake Home at end of cove - Sleeps 16!

Private lake house with direct access to lake with private dock. Three-story home comfortably sleeps 16. Full bath on each floor. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of space for home-cooked meals includes stove/oven, microwave, crockpot, toaster, toaster oven, blender, mixer, regular coffee maker and filters, mixing bowls, rolling pin, measuring cups/spoons, 8x8 and 9x13 baking pans, cookie sheets, pizza pan, pizza cutter, children's dishes, cups, eating utensils and all cooking pots/pans and utensils needed. Fridge DOES NOT have built-in icemaker, so bring ice!! Full living room facing the water, with another living space downstairs, which includes a queen bed and a set of bunks. Bed linens, towels/washcloths included. 6 Lake towels included. Smart TVs in living areas and 2 king bedrooms - will need your own streaming service log in if more is desired other than what Live TV is on. Beautiful screened in porch with plenty of outdoor seating along with open deck. Private dock use is included. Located at end of cove so no "thru-traffic" on the water!

Main floor has dining room, kitchen, living room, King bedroom with TV, bathroom with tub/shower combo.. Second floor has bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with queen bed and a set of bunks, open loft area with set of bunks, one bathroom with tub/shower combo. Basement open area has queen bed and set of bunks, a separate King bedroom, and bathroom with shower.

Detached garage is a great hang out which includes air hockey table, refrigerator and kayaks for guest use on the lake. Four adult and 2 children sized kayaks with paddles and life jackets. Boat lift area is 10' wide x 20' long. Lift 2-3/4'
in front x 3' in back x 12' long. Jet ski lift does not work. Map to boat launch in pictures. Propane BBQ grill and grilling utensils included. Shut off propane tank after each use.

Steep chat drive, but is accessible with car or van.

Included is a starter roll of paper towels in kitchen, starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, shower gels in each bathroom and liquid hand soap at all sinks. Kitchen trash can is 39 gallon - starter trash bag will be in place, bring extras for your stay. Laundry and dishwasher pods included for final run of each upon departure; bring extra for your stay.

Large home with lots of space to spread out. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking or grilling. The screened in porch could use some work as there were large holes where insects entered but it didn't deter us from spending a lot of time outdoors. Would stay here again.

Very happy with our stay! Driveway is not motorcycle friendly. A few things broken or missing and the lake was not as swim friendly as the pictures said (could have been that the lake was low). Overall it was a wonderful stay. Very spacious, very comfortable, and accommodating to a large group.

The house is exactly like the pictures. We had a group of 13 and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was nice being at the end of the cove as the swimming was great for the younger kids. Great communication with the host.

The house was very nice and room enough for 12 people. The screened in porch was nice, but some of the screens had holes, letting in bugs. The dock could also use some work as a few boards were loose. The slide and Lilly pad were wonderful for the kids, The house is on a very quiet cove which was very quiet.

Excellent Lakefront Location

The property is nestled in a cove just far enough that you can enjoy peace, quiet, and solitude enough to enjoy stargazing from the deck or dock of the property, and still close enough to be twenty minutes away from vineyards and the strip on on Banner Dam Boulevard.

Amazing Place

The owner was very easy to communicate with and fast at responding when we had questions. The house is exactly like the pictures and super clean. It is located in a cove so it was very peaceful and there wasn’t a lot of traffic. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back!

Wonderful Stay

There was plenty of room for everyone in our group, and the layout of the house makes it so no one feels crowded or on top of one another. Wonderful outside deck and screened in porch. Being in the back of a cove was great with calm waters and privacy. The house was very clean, and it had everything we needed. Would definitely book again!

So cute and cozy!

This house was perfect for what we were needing! Two families, kids ages 17-3; everyone had room and a great time! The driveway is a beast to get back up once you’re down, so be prepared for that. Great communication with owner!

Bachelorette trip!

This is a great home that sleeps a big group of people! Overall, we had a great experience. The only recommendations I have is adding some full length mirrors throughout the house and fixing the electrical problems in the kitchen. The outlets kept going out.

Great spot for getting away!

Our group had three adults and seven teenagers. There was more than enough room for all of us to hang out as a group, but also for the teenagers to have space for their own privacy. The house was very clean and well-kept. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The dock is nice and quiet. There were several kayaks and a swing hanging on the dock where the kids loved to sit. This is a great place for a large group! We would love to stay there again.

Location was ideal for kids playing in the water. End of the cove so no boat traffic. There were kayaks & tube for tubing. We rented a boat from Scooters across the lake & they did loan us a tow rope since there wasn't one on the tube at the house. Dock needs a lot of repairs. Several weak boards on floor. House wasn't very clean & kitchen wasn't stocked very well with pans for cooking. I was glad one family member hadn't left home yet & was able to bring some. Driveway is also in bad shape. Wouldn't advise going down it in a car or any low sitting vehicle. Host was responsive to questions & check in was easy. We made the most of it & had a great time.

Great experience

We had a great experience with this house. Very accomodating for our family we had 8 adults and 6 kids stay here. Plenty of room easy access to the lake and dock. House was clean the decks were nice in the evenings. Screened in porch was nice when the bugs were out. The drive way is huge we liked we could leave our boat trailer at the top of the driveway as well. The host was easy to work with and answered all questions quickly. We will definitely be back to this house.

Ozarks

I stayed at this lake house with 10 of my close friends. We were able to check in early, had plenty of space for everyone, and we had an awesome time!! This house had everything we needed. We loved being able to sit on the dock and being the last house in the cove. We used the kayaks which was super fun and just overall had a great time. I would come back to this house in a heartbeat! It also had a grill that we got to use and a big enough dining room table that all of my friends and I were able to sit at and eat together. Definitely worth staying here!

The house was very roomy and well laid out for a large group. There was plenty of water pressure and hot water for showers. The kitchen was fairly well appointed but we couldn’t get the grill to operate in such a way that we could put seven fillets on it (we had purchased some really nice fillets and brought them with us so that was a real disappointment). The issue was that only two of the burners stayed lit. You might double check the driveway after a couple of strong storms that we had while we were there. There were some pretty large ruts in it, which made it a challenge getting up that steep hill.

Family getaway

Had a wonderful time at the house. The house was just as listed. All the necessities were there. There was construction across the way, that was a little annoying, but not the fault of management. The driveway is very steep. Plenty of space for all to sleep. Good living/outdoor space. Lake Water was rather dirty towards the end area of the cove. Loved the kayaks, definitely a highlight. Comfortable and fun.

Hreat place, few hiccups

We like the secluded location. It was almost too tucked away, but we liked the quite. The house was great except for upstair window AC unit was letting bugs in. Coffee maker didnt work, but we replaced and we were reimbursed. The banister was detached, but we fixed. The dock needs som TLC. Overall we still had a great time. 3 pairs of adults and 4 children of various ages. Worked out well for us.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed the property and the location. The only issue we had was a water leak on the basement floor which was carpeted. We were informed a couple hours prior to arrival that something was leaking and we may not be able to use the bathroom down stairs. We were a total of 5 different families, but we were all already on our way there so decided to tough it out. They had a fan on it and a wet vac . I was surprised they didn't call a professional to assess the situation and fix it. We had some pretty handy people in our group and they figured out there was a clog in the AC condensation drain line. We told them what we thought it was but they never sent an hvac person to look. So the basement carpet remind wet/damp our whole stay. And it sucked we had to suck the water up for our stay. BUT we still had a great time and lots of fun. The kids loved the lily pad, kayaks, and fishing off the dock. I will say if you bring your own boat, the put in area for the neighborhood is very steep and narrow. We ended up going the next cove over and paying $10 to take out at Pope's Boat ramp.
