Amazing 5 bedroom, 4 bath home with Private Pool & Dock located in a great cove.

Amazing, five bedroom lakefront home in Sunrise beach at the 34MM in a beautiful protected cove with great views of the main lake! Our house is a 5 minute boat ride to Captain Ron's, a lake favorite and home to Aquapalooza and the Shootout! There are many other restaurants/bars that are a short boat ride away. Nearest grocery store is a quick 10 minute car ride.

This house is the ultimate vacation home for families with a private dock and private pool. Our 2 level home sleeps up to 25 comfortably in beds. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room and a huge family room with over 3300 sq ft of living space.

The main level consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops with seating for 5 and a huge dining room table that seats 10. Right off the kitchen you will find a bedroom that includes a queen bed, single daybed with a trundle bed and a 50" Smart TV. Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower. The main level also features a large bunk room that opens up with views to the pool and the lake. It features 4 double bunk beds that sleeps 16, a 60" Smart TV and a Jack and Jill bathroom, each with a toilet and vanity that adjoins to a whirlpool tub. The bunk room also shares another full bathroom with a shower that can also be accessed from the outside pool.

The upper level has a large family room with a 75" Smart TV, foosball table, reclining sofa and love seat, plus two recliners to allow for plenty of seating for a large group. It connects to a deck that overlooks the pool with a great view of the lake. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level, each with a king size bed and 50" Smart TVs. A full bathroom with a large onyx shower is also located on the upper level.

The exterior features a 16x32 ft salt water pool that sits right on the waters edge with incredible lake views. The large lakeside patio boasts a fire pit, patio table with an umbrella and pool side lounge chairs. A propane grill is available for guest use.

The 3 well dock has a 24x10 ft slip that is available for use. It currently has a lift that can be lowered in the water to use the slip. The dock also includes a 5ft diving platform and swim steps. A Lily Pad mat, paddle board and kayaks are available for guest use. Amazing fishing right off of the dock.

There is adequate parking for multiple vehicles, however there is no room to turn a boat trailer around at our house.

Washer and Dryer is available for Renter Use.

Our home is ideal for multiple families. Lots of space and a warm comfortable feel. For that reason, we do not allow Bachelor/Bachelorette parties or the like. Our neighborhood is full of other amazing families and we ask that you respect them by shutting down outdoor activities and moving inside by 12am on weekends and 11pm on week nights.

Cameras are in use to monitor the dock and pool areas for security purposes.
