The Space:
Soft morning light pours through the patio doors as you step from a quiet bedroom into the open living areas, inviting you to settle in before a day of Orlando adventures. After exploring the parks, you can drift back into themed rooms, challenge friends in the game room, or unwind by the private pool under a gentle Florida sky. The villa’s spacious layout lets kids wander between imaginative spaces while adults gather in the two living rooms or enjoy a quiet moment on the balcony. Every corner feels designed for both excitement and relaxation, making the stay feel effortless and fun.
Sleeping arrangements
Eight bedrooms are spread across two levels, offering a mix of queen, king, twin and bunk beds. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 holds a Queen Bed and Bedroom 2 a King Bed with an en‑suite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 provides a Queen Bed with an en‑suite bathroom. Two Disney Princess themed rooms each contain two Twin Beds. The Super Hero themed bedroom features two Twin Bunk Beds. Bedroom 6 offers a King Bed, Bedroom 7 a Queen Bed, and Bedroom 8 a Queen Bed; Bedrooms 6 and 7 share a Jack and Jill bathroom, while Bedroom 8 includes an en‑suite bathroom.
Indoor living
Two large living areas give groups plenty of room to spread out. The upstairs Star Wars loft adds a playful gathering spot, while the downstairs living and dining rooms are perfect for shared meals or winding down after a day at the parks. A TV and themed décor set the stage for movie nights or quiet downtime. Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year‑round, and essentials such as bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets are provided. A free washer and dryer let you refresh clothing, and a dedicated workspace supports remote needs.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with the essentials needed to prepare meals at your own pace. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you choose where to enjoy breakfast, dinner or a snack, and a BBQ grill on the patio adds another option for shared meals.
Outdoor living
A private outdoor pool sits just outside the patio doors, surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture for soaking up the warm Florida air. The pool area is complemented by a hot tub, a private patio and a balcony where you can relax between outings.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.
The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera in the garage although is out of service.
