Terrible experience

My information and credit card was stolen and used without my consent in VRBO nor the host did anything to assist. The fact that they’re even sending me an email asking for my review when I’ve explained to them several times what my situation was and that I had no interest in checking in to any property The fact that they would still send me a request for a review shows their lack of professionalism, empathy, and concern for potential guest.
