The layout was perfect for our group. Lower level had 3 bedrooms (2 with bunk beds, 1 with 2 queens), 1 bathroom with washer/dryer,, a sitting area with fireplace and access to backyard hot tub/firepit. Main level had the master (king bed, ensuite), kitchen, dining, living, and laundry room. Upstairs had 2 bedrooms (each with 2 queens), 1 bathroom, and another sitting area. Bathrooms were stocked with TP, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. However, the kitchen was disorganized with no cabinet space for food—everything was filled with random items like Tupperware lids only, no bottoms and random utensils and pots and pans in every cabinet, forcing us to keep food on the counter. The porch was a major letdown—only a few old plastic chairs and uncomfortable picnic tables. It was covered in pollen and mice droppings when we arrived. The owner claimed nature made it hard to clean, but after we cleaned it, it stayed clean for days—clearly hadn’t been done before our arrival. The firepit looked like a circle of rocks that was gathered around the property, surrounded with the same plastic chairs as on the porch—not welcoming or comfortable. Inside, a footstool had stuffing coming out. The fridge's ice/water dispenser didn’t work; we were told it was “unplugged” but no help was offered. Great layout, but cleanliness and maintenance were lacking.
