Rest easy in our thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each a haven of comfort and privacy. The Yellowstone House comfortably accommodates up to 17 guests, with 4 king ensuites and a custom-built bunk room featuring 3 queen beds, 3 twin beds, and a private bathroom with dual showers.

Every bedroom boasts brand new Casper mattresses for a restorative sleep, private full bathrooms, and 8-foot sliding glass doors leading to private decks. Draw the blackout curtains for uninterrupted rest, or catch up on your favorite shows with the in-room smart TVs.

The primary bedroom offers ultimate indulgence with a spacious layout, cozy couch, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with double shower heads and a freestanding bathtub.


The kitchen is a culinary dream, equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including an 8-burner stove top, double oven, and two built-in refrigerators with bottom freezers. Designed with reclaimed barnwood and crafted oak, this chef's kitchen is both beautiful and functional. The kitchen island seats 6, and the dining table accommodates 10.

Keep your supplies organized in the dual pantry and laundry room, which also features two washers, two dryers, and a separate powder room for added convenience.

The custom-built bunk room is a favorite among families and friends, offering three queen beds below, three twin beds above, a private bathroom, two showers, a smart TV, and outdoor access—perfect for late-night fun and shared adventures.

Situated in a remote paradise, The Yellowstone House offers modern conveniences like internet access throughout the home, heating, and A/C (a rare find in Island Park). Step onto the covered back deck, which spans the length of the house, and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors year-round.


The expansive circular driveway provides a grand entrance and practical solution for guests with trailers and outdoor toys. Designed for convenience, it allows easy entry and exit for vehicles of all sizes. We also offer Tesla chargers upon request for our eco-conscious guests, ensuring your electric vehicle stays charged throughout your stay.

Enjoy peace of mind knowing every detail has been considered to enhance your experience at our secluded retreat in the heart of Island Park, Idaho. Please note, we are approximately 45 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance of the park.

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
