Thank you for your feedback. We take all guest experiences seriously and want to provide some additional context for future travelers. During this stay, additional large dogs were brought to the property beyond what was disclosed at booking. This required follow-up on our end and created some challenges during the reservation. Guest privacy is always a priority. As for the yard, we maintain a regular service schedule to keep the property in good condition, which is why a lawn professional visited during your stay. The home is inspected prior to each arrival to ensure it is clean and ready. This is rare and usually happens between stays. We stand by the condition of our home and the experience we provide, as reflected in our many 5-star reviews from other guests. We remain committed to clear communication and delivering a high standard for every stay.

Hello. This is so unfortunate. Especially since VRBO automatically sends access details. This was in addition to us manually sending through the app. We understand not everyone utilizes the app well and we now include our phone number to help with extra assistance. Thank you for your stay and review! There was a VRBO description error and we corrected our listing information regarding tub. We will replace the remote (We assume it was taken by a guest right before your stay). Drain is now flowing. Unfortunately, we never heard from you. Thank you for this review! Unfortunately, we did not hear from you during your stay and wish that we had. It may have been from the gathering that was held during your stay? Either way, we have not had reviews like this (before or after your stay) and the house is professionally deep cleaned after every guest. We did notice after your stay that there was an excessive amount of trash left out? That may have been your issue. Either way, thank you for staying and we would love to have you back!

Thanks for all the comments. Our listing information is updated. There are always 4 extra towels in each linen closet for a total of 8 Towels. We do ask for trash to be brought to the curb only on trash days to keep the home sanitary/clean. The AC had a tune up this summer and is running great. On June 13th 2024 the outside air temp in SA was 104 Degrees and "heat wave." Either way, glad to have you and just give us a heads up before your next stay! - Alan

Thank you for your feedback. We take safety and guest experience very seriously and want to provide important context for future guests! We followed up directly with the fire department, and they confirmed there was no active gas leak or safety concern at the property at the time of their visit. Regarding communication, the initial outreach occurred late at night(after midnight), and we were not provided with clear, actionable details at that time that would have allowed for immediate diagnosis. We responded as soon as we became aware of the situation and moved quickly to resolve it. Once the issue was identified, we took immediate action and replaced the water heater the same day during your stay, investing over $1,250 to restore hot water as quickly as possible. While we understand the inconvenience, this was addressed promptly and decisively. Regarding the yard, we agree it was not up to our usual standard. Our landscaper, who services the property regularly, stopped service without notice prior to your arrival, which we were unaware of. This has since been resolved to ensure consistency moving forward. We strive to provide a high level of service and encourage future guests to review our other feedback, which reflects our typical responsiveness and care.
