Location was moments from base, walking distance to a few cute shops and small grocery stores and bakeries. Owner was communicative and helpful and space was very clean and well set up for a big family gathering.

Thank you for the feedback, we strive to create a great experience and hope we can host you in a future trip. We happy to hear that you had a great stay.
AC kept the house very comfortable! The house was very easy to find. Host was super responsive. Just a few suggestions for an upgrade…have a few more kitchen towels. We only had one so had to wash it when it got dirty. Also another roll or rolls of paper towels and tp as we had to buy some extra. The one bathroom breaker switch kept having to be reset every day. Directions for tv use would have been helpful. Pretty easy to do upgrades! Overall, our stay was comfortable and fun!!
The host answers questions or concerns promptly. Sweet little house. Close to restaurants and easy to get to Shertz or San Antonio. Second stay here. Nice backyard to run and play. Washer/dryer, dishwasher and oven work nicely. Large driveway. Thanks!

Host was very respectful and responsive- we had great communication- I loved the big yard - the house is located in an older neighborhood but back room are very quite- front bedroom u can hear train nearby but no issue for us -there is no house on either side so plenty of parking since it hold 10 - the only inconvenience is the common restroom is between two bedrooms but that was not an issue for us either - it’s very spacious i would definitely stay there if in the area - the backyard setup is very nice -

This was a very cute house that was decorated in such a lovely way. I loved that there were lots of beds--it sleeps many people. Overall, the house was well-cleaned. The host was extremely responsive and communicative.
Over all this house was what we needed for this short trip. The house was clean and stocked with the basics toiletries and cleaning supplies. There was a problem with the breaker flipping but was quickly resolved once we talked to the owner. The house is close to lots of stores and restaurants which were nice but the neighborhood itself is not the most family friendly. But it was definitely convenient to anything you could need or want. One thing I will add is there were no TV's in any of the bedrooms and we have never had a rental like that. The kids just watched their phones and me and husband watched TV on our laptop. It didn't really bother us to much but it was odd for a vacation / short-term rental to only have 1 TV in the whole house. We are in this are visiting family a few times a year and would stay here again if it was available.
Visited our son at Randolph AFB. Great location, plenty of room for our family, the home was clean and was stocked with all we needed. The grill outside was a nice touch. Definitely recommend.
We enjoyed our stay at this house. Kitchen was well stocked and house renovated with cute decor. The back yard with fire pit was a hit and made fun memories.
The rooms were very spacious with plenty of beds, nice clean bathrooms. There was a washer and dryer but you need to bring your own detergent. One of the back bedrooms was a bit warm. An addition fan would have been nice.
Very clean something was missing the high chair but the host brought one to use. Sad prior people sold it. Very need host and polite

The house was not equipped for our stay prior to arrival with essentials (trash bags, paper towels, body wash) as stated in the listing. The showers water pressure isnt the greatest. You have to play with the knobs to get it at a specific spot for a proper shower. The cleanliness of the home was subpar. We found other peoples belongings/ kids toys etc. around the couch and around the beds and dressers. The weather stripping around the back door was compromised and the threshold is rotted. Allowing roaches to come into the home. I know sometimes rain causes bugs to come in. It did not rain during our stay. The floors in the back rooms of the home have soft spots and had to be avoided in fear of falling through the floor. The stove was rusted out causing a smell while cooking, the cooking utensils were worn out, and the fridge wasnt cooling. Considering all these issues our stay wasnt the greatest. It seemed as though the hostess was completely unaware of any of these issues and never stepped foot in the house before as if she relies on her guests to inform her of these issues, but i do appreciate the hostess being very responsive and available to fix most of the issues during our stay. The outdoor set up is amazing and we loved their coffee bar set up.This is a great place for a weekend trip, but i wouldnt recommend staying longer than 5 days.
We stayed here over Thanksgiving week, and the house had some positives but also issues future guests should be aware of. The home has four bedrooms plus two extra beds in the back room, and the backyard is spacious. The hosts were responsive and sent someone the next day to address concerns.
A few things to note: The fourth bedroom in the back doesn’t have its own bathroom and requires walking through another occupied room. Early in our stay, we noticed very dirty air vents, the washer repeatedly shutting off mid-cycle, and roaches in the kitchen and living room. The doors and windows need repair, as gaps under the doors let critters in. These issues should have been addressed before guests arrived. The repair visit took five hours the day before Thanksgiving, which disrupted our plans. The host said roaches “just happen when it rains” and assured us they don’t breed, but we continued seeing them throughout the week, including during Thanksgiving meal prep.
The house is close to train tracks, so horns and passing trains may disturb light sleepers, and it’s near an Air Force base, so jets fly overhead regularly. Overall, the stay was unpleasant, uncomfortable, and, most importantly, disappointing, and I cannot recommend this property.
The beds were clean, plenty of pillows and blankets, towels, kitchen supplies, and overall my group was comfortable. The microwave door does not open unless you unplug it from the wall, the washer will not turn on at all, and we had three giant roaches visit us during our stay. The insects probably came from outside, but as we were chasing them down we got to observe the cleanliness of the place, the refrigerator was not wiped down there were still remnants of the previous guest in there, the floor boards need dusting, a deep cleaning is in order. In the hosts' defense we did not call and request any assistance for the washer or the microwave because, quite frankly, we weren't spending much time inside the house anyway; just evenings before bed to go to sleep. I'm sure they will promptly address the issues. When I did call the hostess, she did quickly respond. They are very polite and kind people who did follow up to ensure we were able to get inside the house. Upon addressing the bugs and the cleanliness, I would definitely recommend the place. It is spacious, bathroom supplies were provided, and otherwise the stay was enjoyable.
