Magnificent 5BR/2BA Near Casinos

The house nestled in Downtown Norwich, minutes to Mohegan Sun Casino, only 15 minutes from Foxwoods Casino. Stay in our house and visit near by from Historic Mystic, Ocean Beach in New London, CT wine trail, and CT Art Trail.


The space
A very clean, comfortable, newly renovated space with BRAND NEW furniture for you and your guests to enjoy. The space is a perfect setting for family reunions, beach vacations and quick family getaways.

The house can comfortably sleep up to 13 guests in 5 bedrooms with 5 queen beds and 1 twin bed + two couch and one sleep pads. Full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, stove, oven, and fully-stocked kitchen supplies. We also supply linens, towels, hand soaps, bath tissue, paper towels, cooking utensils.
Guest access
You have the entire house to yourself during your stay. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTY inside or outside of my house, please respect my neighborhood.

The entire 2 floors house and guests have access to a large outdoor spaces. I truly hope you feel at home here. I've tried hard to make this a fun and relaxing place to stay.

Family Wedding in Norwich

While we found the property to be mostly as advertised, we gave it a 4 star rating for two reasons: the pictures make the rooms seem larger than reality and the yard/outside space was unkempt. The potential to have a 5 star experience is there with just a little bit more attention and care. We would recommend the stay but just know these limitations.

Great property for large groups in Norwich

The home was perfect for our group of 6, but could easily fit more. The kitchen was spacious enough & had plenty of items to use for cooking. Living room had a large table for dining along with 2 sofas & large TV. There is a full size washer & dryer along with detergent if needed. While there are 2 bathrooms, there is only 1 shower, but we had plenty of hot water even with all 6 ppl showering. The neighborhood was quiet & we even had deer visit during the evenings. Would definitely book again.

The house was not clean. The kitchen was very dirty. I had to clean the counters, stove and cabinets just to feel I could use it. The couch was full of stains, but the living room ceiling has water stains and the upstairs bathroom was full of black mold. In order to get into the house you have to walk past and over grown pricker bush. The pictures on the listing are not equivalent to the state the house is in. The air conditioners were still in the windows in November in CT. Moths were coming in through the windows the ACs were in. I had to fill the cracks with paper towels to stop the moths. I only stayed through Thanksgiving because we had family coming but we all left thanksgiving evening and fore fitted two paid for nights. I alerted the home owners to the condition and while they thanks me for letting them know they did not offer any sort of refund. Pictures sure can be deceiving so be careful when booking.

Stay was great, but one room, was definitely miss understood with the sofa bed (futon)not 2 regular beds, so my family member had to share a bed way to old to be sleeping on futons lol..But it was very comfortable otherwise and host was quick with responses luv that. Would definitely recommend.
