The ocean is calling you from this well-designed, perfectly furnished beach home. We've done our best to ensure you have an awesome beach time! Bike or walk around the area and beach, grill out in the backyard patio, and chill under the stars or mellow string lights. Amenities galore with beach bikes, chairs, umbrella, ice chest, games, toys, body boards, and wagon. Sunrise or sunset walks on the beach is less than 5 minutes away. The tans may fade, your memories will last forever!

Absolutely amazing location for cruisers. Close to rental car return and port. Jupiter was amazing with his contact with us. The place is amazing for family stay.close walk to the beach is at the end of the road. Lots of good food around the area too.

Overall the property was fine for our stay. All was clean inside with the exception of the shower grout which had some mold/mildew. Also, unless I missed it somehow in the listing, we did not know the property has a shared garage and backyard with the attached other property. Parking is done on the front lawn. Having access to beach equipment was a plus.

Great location and the amenities exceeded expectations. We made great use of the garage toys and bikes and really enjoyed the whole vibe of the property. Our friends stayed in the other side of the house and it was such a perfect set up for 2 families going on vacation together. The property manager has been exceptional to work with, and I would return for sure. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Cape Canaveral

We had a great stay at the house. Snacks left by Jupiter were ate up fast by papaw and our little girl. Everything was perfect and clean! The garage is stocked with everything needed for a beach visit, and a great Propane grill. Would definitely stay again.

Would stay again.Only negative we had was that during the day at the house it could get pretty warm inside even with the air running. A great rental!

We were so pleased with our time at this property! It was a very short walk to the beach and was cute and tidy. The extra amenities in the garage really made our stay really great. Tons of beach stuff, chairs, even puddle jumpers! Great for kids! The hosts made it super easy to stay here and enjoy! 😊

Neighborhood was extremely quiet at night. Communication with the host was welcoming and clear and he was very responsive. The house was as listed and had lots of creature comforts. We had everything we needed. The house was a straight 40 minute drive from MCO.

Wonderful location and great neighbors. The house was well maintained with very comfortable beds. As with any trip to tropical areas, just need to get used to the bugs that also reside in the house, although they are not a bother. The owners had everything already for us and plenty of amenities and things to do. The house seems small from the outside but it fit our family of 6 (including 4 adults and 2 teens). I would definitely stay again in a heartbeat for another family vacation or something aren’t getaway.

Great place close to beach

Location is awesome - close to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and: the beach! Literally a 5 minute walk. Appreciated the water bottles, bag of ice and snacks in condo upon arrival. Super fast communication with the host. Main reason we booked this place was proximity to beach and beach gear/bikes. We didn’t have to bring anything for the beach. Would def rent again!

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at the house! everything was so clean and the owners were so lovely! They had snacks for us, and the fridge was stocked with a few essentials. It was so great! there was a place to wash clothes and they had a pack and play for the little one! Everything smelled fresh and the house had no bugs or critters! The outdoor shower was so helpful for keeping things sand free. The house was SUPER well stocked with all necessities for cooking. It is so close to the beach which is a must with kids! We truly had a lovely time. My one complaint would be that the furniture is worn out and could use some new items! But other than that it is a must stay place! We hope to come back!

Cocoa Beach Vacation

First time to Cocoa Beach. The house was pretty much perfect for the 3 of us who went. The house was comfortable and well stocked including beach items in the garage. We did not get to use them due to a short stay. The beach was very close and we could hear the waves from the front yard on a quiet night. The process of checking in and out was very clear and no confusion. It could only have been better if the backyard would have been setup to relax outside. We very much looked forward to outdoor time being from a very cold Ohio. Overall, the house was comfortable and we enjoyed our time. The Peacocks walking down the road everyday was an added and unexpected surprise which we found very entertaining.
