Family Beach Time! Ground Floor Oceanfront Condo~Pool View~Sleeps 6~Beach Gear ⛱️

Thank you for taking the time to read about our condo we named “Endless Summer”. It has been our beach retreat (even though we live close by) for 8 years, also sharing it with others! We rent short term exclusively through VRBO and also have a long term renter who enjoys the condo 3 months out of the year (reason why you will not see reviews February-April). I am onsite prior to every new reservation (reviewing and inspecting) making sure your stay is flawless! I also offer to do your grocery shopping for you (please confirm availability) and load into the condo for a small fee… wouldn’t that be great to just walk in and start your vacation! *Patio condo with private ground floor paver patio with seating for four and deck box filled with beach equipment. Your view is of the hot tub and HEATED pool (cooler months) with gate to this area right outside your door.

*Our first floor 800 square foot unit sleeps 6 IN BEDS.
*full size murphy bed in living room, 2 bamboo pillows
*queen size bed with memory foam topper in master bedroom, 4 bamboo pillows
* twin daybed with twin trundle, 2 bamboo pillows in sunroom
* 43” smart TV in bedroom and living room. Cable/HBO provided. *Pack n play and small high chair available in walk through closet.
* Toy box for kiddos with a variety of fun. *The spa like bathroom is accessible from the main living area or master bedroom allowing for privacy.
* The walk in shower is tiled to allow for roll in ease of use with heavy duty grab bars
* Separate bathtub (heavy duty grab bars)
* Separate sink and vanity area with many drawers and hairdryer.
*Meals can be easily prepared for a party of 6 on granite countertops with flatware, Corelle dishes, outdoor plates, plastic dishes/cups for kids, cookware, crockpot, and a variety of cookie sheets, pizza and muffin pans.
*All appliances are stainless steel, full sized, including toaster oven, 12 cup thermos style coffee maker, and Keurig
* Samsung large capacity front load washer and dryer is located off the kitchen.
*The outdoor patio has four teak chairs with cushions and coffee table along with a storage container with all beach gear
* Two gated, private boardwalks to the beach are within feet of your front door.
*Beach/pool towels, 2 large boogie board, small cooler and plenty of sand toys provided in the storage bin
*The grounds of Royal Mansions is well maintained, gated and located on a dead end street surrounded by live oaks and no thru traffic.
*Wild peacocks are frequently seen in the surrounding area.

*Free onsite parking with security fencing and code specific gate for entry into parking area. Please no trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, boats or campers per HOA regulations.
*Wide, sandy beaches during all tide changes allow for great cycling or walking.
*Multiple charcoal grilling areas on property (I do not supply charcoal or lighter).
