The main level welcomes you with an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room, and stylish dining area. Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.

We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
