About this property

Welcome to the country. We have a full house on almost one acre. Right on 20A for easy access. Home is warm with country cozy feel. We take responsibility to make sure every room feels as clean and comfortable as possible for you. Our extra large private yard is the perfect oasis for backyard adventures!
Relax at the picnic table in our fenced patio and enjoy the views of our spacious lawn. Our large yard is perfect for family campfires, picnics, yard games, and sports. Our neighbors are a good distance away and have some small farm animals that are safely fenced on their property. At times we get to enjoy watching their playful goats out back.

Inside we have 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. We can accommodate up to 10 guests with the use of a full size fold-out futon (in a separate downstairs room) and a queen size air mattress.

There is a work desk, chair, and desk lamp set up in one of the upstairs bedrooms for your convenience.

*There are 2 entrances. Both the front porch and back door have steps either way you enter.

House is very clean, non odorous, and fully stocked with all necessities for your comfort.

We are 1 mile from the Perry/ Warsaw airport: 1 hr to both Buffalo and Rochester.

Decent Stay

Our little family of four with children were just looking for a place to stay for a couple nights as we explored the area and did some hiking. We enjoyed the space of the house over a hotel. The house is very clean and we didn't have any issues. Everything was in good working condition. The temp is set low and it takes a bit for the house to heat up. I strongly recommend taking along bottled water for drinking. There is no play area, as listed, but the yard is spacious and my children enjoyed watching the neighboring goats. Overall, it worked great for our needs.

Quaint house in the country

Overall, the house was everything we could ask for. We wish there was more living room furniture, or a bigger one, but it worked. The TV was small for watching football on Sunday, but all in all the house was amazing. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and access to neighboring Warsaw was easy. The house is close to the road, which is a very busy route so expect a lot of road noise. We definitely recommend this house!

Creaky house

There was grass in the beds and on pillows. There were some pans that did not look clean. There was a lot of room on the property for the kids to run around. The fire pit was great and there was fire wood to use, but we did buy and burn our own wood. We did not know there was firewood on the property before. The sink water and fridge water was not drinkable, it tasted horrible, very salty and gross. The house is right off of a busy highway. There is a long driveway and plenty of space to park. There was no dishwasher soap, but it was very easy and quick communication with the house manager and we were able to find the soap.

Creaky old farmhouse

It did the job. However there was a mouse habitat in the attic which were very lively during the night in the walls and ceiling. The flooring and steps were very creaky and it wasn't furnished cozily. Very chilly when we arrived and when we left for the day, someone came in and adjusted thermostat, leaving door unlocked!
