> Please note that the basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $15 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. VRBO should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests".
> Pet are welcome! Please note that we charge $150/pet per stay.
> Please note: If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6.30pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time
> We are also located close to a greenbelt/neighbors' backyard. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control.

We are happy to accommodate same day bookings! However please check in ahead with us on available check in time for same day bookings only.
* CHECK IN & CHECK OUT *
Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is by 11 am. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available.
* NO SHOES INSIDE *
Please kindly remove your shoes while entering our house! We appreciate that you are taking care of our house!
* NO SMOKING *
Please do not smoke inside our home or within 20 ft of the perimeters! Any signs of smoking will result in additional violation fee.
* QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM *
Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm!
* NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS*
We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :)
*PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN THE PARKING PERMIT TO THE KITCHEN DRAWER!*
The permit & clicker would cost a lot to replace and deprives the next guests of their parking spot. If our staff reports a missing permit and/or clicker, there will be a $150 charge applied to your security deposit.
* TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS *
Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in inside cans if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.
* LOST & FOUND *
Please double-check that you have all personal belongings before you leave! If you leave something behind, we’re happy to assist under the following conditions:
- We do not guarantee that lost items will be found, as housekeeping may not always recover them.
- If found, items can be shipped to you for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs.
- Lost and found items will be held for up to 2 weeks after check-out. After this period, unclaimed items may be discarded or donated.
* NO MAILBOX ACCESS *
We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!
They're fixing things and took down the house number temporarily, so it's a bit tricky to spot 718. Guests can use the door with the keypad. All the work should be done in three weeks, but rain and some issues in other units caused delays. The owner will keep an eye on things.
