Welcome to Prospector Perch on Black Nugget Lane! Relax in this beautiful mountain retreat in Suncadia Resort. This ideal location is close to Swiftwater Cellars Winery, golf, hiking/biking trails, and all resort activities. This 5-BDR home fits 2-4 families comfortably with multiple spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and watch the wildlife & and golfers roam!

Located in the prestigious Black Nugget neighborhood, this home is within walking distance to Swiftwater Cellars winery and bike/walking trails and Suncadia Lodge. Black Nugget is a quiet community with large property plots that ensure a unique and private experience.

This beautiful home’s main floor boasts a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with granite countertops and a large kitchen island. The main floor has an open floor plan with a dining table seating 10 comfortably and 4 bar stools at the island.

The down wrapped sofa is a popular place to gather for games, movie night, reading by the fire or just taking the best nap you have ever had!

-Private hot tub is covered with a view of Prospector 15. The hot tub is serviced between each guest visit. Additional service is scheduled for longer stays.
-Outdoor gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs

The driveway can accommodate 4 to 5 cars. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Overflow parking is available at the bottom of the hill at the winery. From I-90, take exit 80 and follow signs.

House was very clean, comfortable beds, well maintained and stocked. I would say it's geared more towards older kids (steep hill down to sledding and no toys), but overall it was a wonderful stay in a very clean and comfortable house. Highly recommend.

A definite return

We had all of our adult children and grandchildren (11 in all) for a week. The location in Suncadia was great. Easy walk to Batista Park for the kids and a short drive to others. Room for everyone and nice decks to relax on. The host was very responsive prior to our arrival and helpful with all questions.

Basketball Tournament Weekend

We loved staying at Prospector Perch! The house comfortably fit a group of 10, we had plenty of room to have meals together and spend time together in between games. The Best Wedding Weekend

I stayed at this home with my bridal party for my wedding weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The space was not only beautiful and clean, but also spacious enough for all of us to relax, get ready, and enjoy the weekend together without ever feeling crowded. The natural light and layout made it ideal for hair, makeup, and all the little moments leading up to the big day. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to everything we needed but still peaceful and private. It truly felt like a retreat in the middle of such a busy and exciting time. We made the best memories here, and I’m so grateful we had this space to share during such a special weekend. Highly recommend to any future bride or group looking for the perfect home base!

Wedding weekend in Suncadia

Beth was the perfect host with the perfect location for our son’s wedding at Swiftwater Cellars. Her extra touches in the home, her outstanding communication and attention to detail completely eased my mind, taking a huge amount of stress off of my plate on such a special weekend. The home was perfect! We needed nothing but our clothes and food. We hosted friends, all the groomsmen and family through the weekend. Being an entertainer, I was thrilled with all of the serving pieces that were available in the home. The downstairs foosball table and game room were perfect to entertain the groom and groomsmen. We will return and look forward to working with Beth again, as she is truly, like working with a friend!

Great location and everything we needed!

This property has a great location in Suncadia. Proximity to the winery and other amenities the Resort has to offer (although not included in this rental) were great! This time of the year there were not a lot of other people in the neighborhood, so it was very quiet and peaceful. We didn’t use the sledding hill because of the rain, but it has potential for fun! The kitchen had everything we needed. Toiletries, towels, and such were fully stocked for our large family. We all had enough space and were quite comfortable. Only thing to note with the fresh water hot tub: The owner refills between guests, but didn’t hesitate to charge for a refill after I noted it was cloudy when we left. We still had a really great time and would recommend property to others. The property manager was very helpful and made everything go smoothly!
