Private washer/dryer, large fenced yard for the pup & outdoor enjoyment. Close to restaurants, groceries, hospitals & more. Adorable & older neighborhood charm. The Banana Bungalow is centrally located; 6 miles to Downtown Las Vegas, 5.6 miles to the Strip, & 8.3 miles to Red Rock.
This is an owner-occupied house with a fully private attached 312 sq ft casita/bungalow. We are always available to answer any questions or assist you if needed. We're only a skip away! We also respect your privacy and will ask you in a quick questionnaire on your preference of communication with us.
