Welcome to our luxury guesthouse in a safe and quiet residential area of Las Vegas! Our newly renovated open-concept studio is full of light and is perfect for one or two people. The private entrance and patio with twinkling lights provide a serene retreat at the end of the day.

Ideal for traveling professionals, our guesthouse provides all the amenities you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Whether you're in town for work or leisure, you'll find everything you need to feel at home.

This VRBO listing is on a property that includes two units: the guesthouse (this listing) and a main house on the other side of the property. Each unit has a separate entrance and no shared interior access. Both units have an emergency exit door that opens into the garage, but the garage is not for guest use and remains locked except in emergencies. You may occasionally see other guests in the driveway or by the trash bins. For everyone’s security, exterior cameras are located at the entryways and in the driveway.

Perfect getaway spoot

This place was perfect. They definitely took time to think of every small detail you would need on your stay. It was clean, cozy and the best mattress you could ever sleep on. The decor was so adorable and one of the top places I've ever stayed on a business getaway. The price is affordable and not far from many things you would need.

Fantastic Stay near Red Rock Canyon

The property was beautiful, convenient and clean. Just like the pictures, no surprises. We were delighted to have a lovely place to stay so close to Red Rock Canyon. Quiet neighborhood, close to the grocery store, REI and the climbing shop. Was really nice to have a washer/dryer and kitchenette for meal prep since we were climbing. Five stars for sure!

Adorable private apartment

The Apt. is connected to the house, but separated by a garage so you have total privacy. It was renovated into an amazing space with neutral/gray scale color pallet, granite counter tops, living room, bed, kitchen, bathroom, closets and storage! There's a private back patio that gets the perfect amount of shade and sun! Walking distance to Target or Wole foods (.8 miles).

Perfect Oasis Off The Strip

We were in town for our son's hockey games. We loved coming back to this quiet, (very) clean, well-appointed apartment every night after all the hockey and casino action. One thing you cannot tell from pictures is that the layout makes this studio feel very spacious. There is a living area alcove and the kitchen has sort of a work-counter with chairs that would work as an 'office'. Easy check-in, easy parking and very private - exactly as the listing describes. The neighborhood is close to UNLV and has a ton of great restaurants, coffee shops, etc close by. And it's a great launching point for hiking in Red Rock Canyon. Rachel was friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience

My wife and I visit LV to see family, and we have grown tired of the hotel casino/resort experience. This apartment was everything we'd hoped for and more. It was very nicely appointed with numerous thoughtful details. The layout is very comfortable, and we were happy to relax there between family events. We'll be happy to return at the next opportunity.
