Welcome to "The Boardwalk" our Sunny Second Floor 2 br/1 bth condo on Amelia Island. We are located across the street from the beach (Access #28) and it is possible to see the ocean from our large front deck. Centrally located in Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island "The Boardwalk: guests come to enjoy the pristine beaches, restaurants, historic downtown, biking, weddings, golfing, festivals, events and just to relax.

We invite you to enjoy our space as your home away from home on your trip to Amelia Island!

*Please note that all bookings include a 3 day starter package of soaps, shampoos, paper towels and toilet paper. Guests may need to re-stock these items if booked for longer than 3 days.

We had the best time! Super close beach access was great! The house was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. They provide all of the essentials in the kitchen, for the washer and dryer, and the bathroom.

The location was perfect for us, near the beach and central to multiple locations. We were in Amelia Island for the Grand Concourse. We were able to walk to the Ritz Carlton 2.5 miles, we enjoy walking. The downtown area was a short drive. The house was clean and absolutely met our needs for a long weekend. The hosts communicated well, check in and check out was seamless. We absolutely loved our stay and Amelia Island.

The Boardwalk was awesome for our long weekend visit. The location was perfect. We enjoyed being able to enjoy the ocean view with our morning coffee. The walk to the beach was easy as well. Will stay here again. Highly recommend.

Darin was great. House very clean, bed super comfortable but living furniture was very uncomfortable TV was frustrating at times(that might have been due to our age!)Some of the dogs in downstairs unit barked a lot when people were gone. Thankfully the overall insulation was good because road noise was very loud most afternoons.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The location and price are 5 star. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. The best restaurant ever, Sliders Seaside Grill, is a 20 minute walk (along the beach). Historic downtown is a short drive. The apartment furnishings and supplies were adequate except for the beds which get 5 stars for brand new pillows and mattresses! Loved the large balcony with the ocean view. The apartment was quiet and the neighborhood peaceful.The owner was responsive and friendly, very comfortable communication. I would stay there again.

The Boardwalk

Our stay was great and the location was perfect. Only 10 minutes from downtown and a short walk to the beach. We unfortunately had an issue with the washer, but the owner was quick to help fix the issue. Everything else was great!

Hi Hayley. Thank you so much for your stay and review. We look forward to seeing you again in the future. I started on the bathroom already. I decided to fully remove the sliding doors and go with a curtain which is making it more spacious in the bathroom and it helps with the bathrooms to stay dryer and cleaner. Wish I had done it years ago! I also just now replaced the toilet seat lid with a new set up. Even though the other one wasn’t that scuffed I thought it would be nice to have a bright new one in there. I’ll keep updating too. Thanks so much!

We had a great time at The Boardwalk! Beautiful views of the ocean, plenty of outdoor space, and a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. The King bed was Super comfortable (not sure about the other bed since we didn't use it but it looked comfy as well!!) Darin was very communicative and responded immediately whenever we messaged him. Loved this place. We came during a cold, windy snap so could not hang out at the beach. The fire ring in the back wooded area was perfect for a relaxing outdoor dinner while we were there. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked if you like to prepare your meals instead of eating out. Super quiet neighborhood and a very quick walk to two beach accesses. We will definitely stay again!
