Gorgeous view of the river from the upstairs decking looking down the Colorado River. This home is a fun home with the interior and exterior colors! Made for people ready to have fun in their vacation home! Two bedrooms upstairs with large spacious living room and kitchen that is open and ready for entertaining! There is a TV for every bedroom for those who need them to sleep. Screened porch on ground level with kitchen for family and friend gatherings. Easy access to East & West Matagorda Bays for fishing or offshore fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. No access to boat lift.

Great property! Trash process needs work.

The property is wonderful, great location, 3 full baths. Lots of room for everyone and the inside and outside decks are fabulous with secondary nearly full kitchen outside. The one big negative is the trash!! First you have to take it yourself via some not great directions or they charge a fee. What they don’t tell you is you have to pay to throw the trash away where they send you! Just raise the daily rate slightly and take care of the trash for us. These are not cheap rentals. Raising it $20 or even $50 a night people wouldn’t even notice. Or at least with your direction state you have to be prepared to pay to dumb your trash!!
