Newly renovated & furnished! Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a Heated saltwater Pool (no fees) & lanai is set up for true outdoor living with a bar, sink, refrigerator, grill, sofa, chairs, dining table, hammock, large screen TV and sound system! Super fast WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious areas to socialize, Casa del Sol is a peaceful oasis, yet close to the action! Only 3 miles to Bonita's Beaches & 1 mile to charming "Downtown" Bonita Springs's shops, restaurants and bars, it is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and embrace the slower, laid back lifestyle of Southwest Florida!
The home has an open concept floor plan, complemented by vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light from its many windows including 2 sets of French doors that open to the lanai and extend the living area. The large master bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom en suite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen beds and an adjacent bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom and the 4th bedroom a queen bed and adjacent bathroom. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room. For security, we have 2 outdoor cameras; one at the front door/driveway and one on the back yard.
Well behaved dogs are welcome! The large fully fenced yard is a great place to play catch, corn hole or take the dog for a walk.
We supply all linens, bath towels, hand towels, etc (we do not supply washcloths).

This home is a peaceful oasis in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from all of the action of Bonita Springs, stunning Bonita Beach, and countless outdoor activities like kayaking, fishing, paddleboarding, and more! When we found this home, we fell in love with the pool/lanai area and knew it would be the perfect place for our guests to relax in comfort and privacy on their vacation. It's the best place to enjoy the slower Southwest Florida lifestyle and is conveniently located to the Fort Myers Airport (20 minutes) and great restaurants, beaches, etc.

The heated pool/lanai outdoor living space is a special amenity with a bar, wine fridge, TV, dining table, sofa & chairs to relax, and it provides a quiet area to relax and enjoy the amazing weather of Southwest Florida!
