Newly renovated & furnished! Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a Heated saltwater Pool (no extra fees!) & lanai is set up for true outdoor living with a bar, sink, refrigerator, grill, sofa, chairs, dining table, hammock, large screen TV and sound system! Super fast WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious areas to socialize, Casa del Sol is a peaceful oasis, yet close to the action! Only 3 miles to Bonita's Beaches & 1 mile to charming "Downtown" Bonita Springs's shops, restaurants and bars, it is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and embrace the slower, laid back lifestyle of Southwest Florida!

The home has an open concept floor plan, complemented by vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light from its many windows including 2 sets of French doors that open to the lanai and extend the living area. The large master bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom en suite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen beds and an adjacent bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom and the 4th bedroom a queen bed and adjacent bathroom. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room. For security, we have 2 outdoor cameras; one at the front door/driveway and one on the back yard.

Well behaved dogs are welcome! The large fully fenced yard is a great place to play catch, corn hole or take the dog for a walk.

We supply all linens, bath towels, hand towels, etc (we do not supply washcloths).

This property is advertised, so accommodating for our dog which was very important for us on this visit to Florida. The pool and pool area were awesome! You could not beat the location either, so close to everything and anything you would want to do in the Bonita-Naples area. I would stay here again!

Overall great place to stay. A suggestion would be to add a dresser or table in a couple of the rooms and the cookware (skillet) needs upgraded. Just a couple suggestions for improvement. Fantastic location, neighborhood and would definitely book it again! Thank you for a wonderful family trip

As described, this is a great find in a nice neighborhood. We did a lot of Family walks to look at all the nearby properties on the canal. Limited parking at the closest beach, but it was a quick uber ride to the beach (between 10-20 depending on time). House had great beds, and lots of nice TV’s including a huge one in the lanai. Had a Family reunion and it worked perfectly. Pool was a nice size and pet friendly. Hosts were easy to communicate with.

A Beautiful House

This VRBO was immaculately clean and well supplied with items such as paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap and so on. All items were in perfect working order including the wonderful pool and yard. Every detail presented in the description was fully accurate. The owners were welcoming and very prompt with responses to our questions. I feel the house was very well priced in terms of VRBO rentals. I would recommend this residence without hesitation and would stay again in a heartbeat.

When we found this home, we fell in love with the pool/lanai area and knew it would be the perfect place for our guests to relax in comfort and privacy on their vacation. It's the best place to enjoy the slower Southwest Florida lifestyle and is conveniently located to the Fort Myers Airport (20 minutes) and great restaurants, beaches, etc.
