3BR Oceanfront Napili Tower Penthouse

Fantastic Ocean Front 3BR + 3BA villa on the top floor of the new Napili tower. The Napili tower is the newest tower at the Maui Ocean Club. All rooms in the villa face the ocean and beach and provide spectacular views of the ocean, beach, Lanai and Molokai. The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy gorgeous Hawaiian sunsets.

Maui Ocean Club resort is located directly on world famous Kaanapali Beach. Whaler’s Village is less than a ten minute walk down the ocean front path, Kaanapali Golf Course is rightnext door and the town of Lahaina is only a 5 minute drive. The Napili tower is located on the northern end of the resort and is just a few steps to the best ocean swimming and surfing areas at the resort.

The resort is very family friendly. As a guest you will have full access to all the facilities the resort has to offer. These include but are not limited to the three private pools including and a half acre super-pool complete with slides and waterfalls, children's sandy beach with pirate ship and spouting sea creatures, state-of-the-art fitness center, beachside market and pantry, oceanfront dining, and massive barbecue areas. You will also receive FREE in-room wireless broadband internet access and FREE self parking.

Your oceanfront villa is located on the 10th floor in a private wing of the Napili tower. There are no villas above or adjacent to it. The master suite provides a king size bed and private bath with an over sized spa tub, separate shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom unit contains 2 queen size beds. The third bedroom is large studio with kitchenette, king size bed, sofa bed, separate bath and private oceanfront lanai. The living area provides a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, washer and dryer, and large dining table. The 3rd bathroom is shared by the third bedroom living area. There is a large flat-screen TV and DVD player in the living area and a smaller flat panel TV and DVD in every bedroom. The villa is approximately 1700 square feet plus a 30'x8' outside lanai which spans the entire length of the living area.

For 2013 the available weeks are July 13-20, July 20-27, July 27-August 3, and August 3-10. All check in/out dates are Saturday to Saturday. This is a fixed unit, fixed week villa and therefore the dates are not flexible.

Marvelous Maui Vacation!

We went to Maui with our family to celebrate my husband and my 50th Wedding Anniversary and had such a marvelous time together staying in this VRBO Villa. The villa was roomy and beautiful with spectacular views from all of the windows and balconies. The resort was amazing, right on the beach with a spacious fun pool. Our grandkids had such a blast going down the huge slide. (We adults did as well!). The restaurants on site were great with delicious . Affordable meals and the service on the resort was excellent! We made wonderful memories and are grateful to the owners for opening up their property for us to enjoy!

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Maui while staying at the Marriott. The Napili Tower Penthouse was more than enough room for our party of 6 adults and 5 children. It was clean, very comfortable, well maintained and the view was outstanding. We had a minor issue on the first day when the jacuzzi tub wouldn’t drain but we called maintenance and they arrived promptly, drained the water and made an adjustment to the plug to prevent it from happening again. We were very impressed with the overall service of everyone we met during our stay. The Marriott property was well maintained, clean and a lot of fun. We all had a great time at the beach and pool area. The rental process through VRBO was very easy. I liked having the ability to contact the owner with any questions and I appreciated him giving me his phone number in the event there were any issues when we checked in. Overall we were very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate renting this property again.

Why they chose this property

We feel Maui is a perfect summer vacation location. The resort had an ideal location. It's on the beach, enjoys fantastic views, has great pools, is close to restaurants/shopping, and has perfect summer weather. The new towers with full kitchens and 3BR+#B meet the needs of our family.

What makes this property unique

This is resort is very low stress. It's now as crowded as many others. If you don't want to leave the resort you don't really need to.
