Whether you're relaxing in the spacious and colorfully eclectic living room, working in the private office or resting in the cozy bedrooms, you will fall in love with California living!
This cheerful and recently renovated mid-century ranch is located in the renowned Laurelwood Hills of Studio City, aka The Doña’s! Built in the early 60s, the neighborhood is full of beautiful homes, adorable dogs and lush landscaping. The location is unbeatable: minutes away from Fryman Canyon, Tree People and Runyon Canyon trailheads, dozens of restaurants (including sushi row!) ice cream shops, great shopping, Universal Studios and access to multiple freeways. Just down Laurel Canyon is West Hollywood where you can find The Grove, LACMA, The World-Famous Farmer’s Market, The Beverly Center and so much more.

We are native Angeleno's and this is our family home. My parents bought this house when I was 9 months old and I lived there for my entire childhood. We love the coziness, architectural details and the wonderful memories we had as a family!

What makes this property unique
This gorgeous L.A. home was recently remodeled - everything is very clean and in mint condition. The kitchen is well-equipped, and you will have everything you need while you are here:
- The Primary bedroom offers a king size bed, walk-in closet, sliding door to the patio, cozy chair, flat screen tv, aromatherapy diffuser and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, single sink vanity and lots of cabinet storage.
- The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, comfortable chair and closet.
- The 3rd bedroom features two single beds and plenty of storage.
- The separate office area has a desk that is perfect for working from home (complete with an L.A. themed art wall), a vintage bar and a loveseat that opens to a futon.
- The 2nd bathroom has a double vanity, tub/shower combo and toilet.
- The laundry area is located off the kitchen with large capacity washer and dryer along with a folding space.
- Tempurpedic pillows on every bed, soft linens, fresh towels and soap/shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels will be provided for your convenience.
- Phone chargers abound - night table lamps feature multiple charging outlets.
- Gorgeous art and unique design details everywhere you turn!
