When we decided to buy in Marbella, we must have looked at 40 properties before finding this plot. From the moment we set foot on the plot we were blown away by the outstanding views and knew this was where we would build our dream house.
Working with Carlos Lamas, one of Marbella's leading architects we designed Casa Kibo to reflect a Spanish casa but to achieve a modern look.
Welcome to our Casa Kibo.
When we decided to buy in Marbella, we must have looked at 40 properties before finding this plot. From the moment we set foot on the plot we were blown away by the outstanding views and knew this was where we would build our dream house.
Working with Carlos Lamas, one of Marbella's leading architects we designed Casa Kibo to reflect a Spanish casa but to achieve a modern look.
Why they chose this property
The house is situated below the famous La Concha mountain and on the edge of the national park. Yet only a 10 minute drive from the lively beaches and resorts of Marbella/Puerto Banus. An Uber is roughly €10 depending on the time of day.
We love the outdoor spaces the house offers. The inner courtyard traps the sun during the day so is ideal for evening dining, whilst the garden patio has the sun during the day and is perfect for breakfast and lunch. In the evening a quiet spot is the bench at the top of the landscaped garden.
The pool is big enough for children and inflatables and there are plenty of shaded and unshaded sunbeds for the adults.
We also have a 'secret' lower garden with a variety of fruit trees and a small vegetable patch with tomatoes, chillis, peppers, lettuce and herbs.

We live here most of the year so are happy to advise on restaurants, golf or days out. While you are in our house you will benefit from the care of our management company who will provide a complimentary mid-week clean and are on hand for any help.
