Please note: Marbellamar is a peaceful, residential community of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Stefania is not suitable for stag or hen groups, or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all visitors to maintain a tranquil atmosphere, particularly during quiet hours and within the communal areas.

The state-of-the-art kitchen includes every modern convenience, from a Nespresso machine and wine fridge to an ice-maker. The elegant lounge and dining room open onto a private, east-facing terrace with a tranquil water feature, outdoor seating, and dining area—perfect for enjoying Marbella’s golden evenings. A premium outdoor sound system allows guests to set the mood, and optional shade is available when needed. The ground floor also features a guest cloakroom and separate utility yard with laundry facilities, extra storage, and a third refrigerator.



The first floor features a luxurious master suite with a dressing area and an exquisite Travertine marble bathroom with a walk-in power shower. Two additional bedrooms on this level (configured as twins or doubles) share a beautifully appointed family bathroom.



The upper floor offers two more en-suite bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and the other adaptable as a twin or double—each elegantly furnished with brand-new fittings. This level also includes a sun terrace with loungers and shade, accessible from both the landing and the double bedroom.



Guests enjoy fast, free 5G Wi-Fi (up to 500mbps) throughout the property, along with over 1,000 international TV channels including Sky Sports, BT Sports, and Sky Movies, plus a vast selection of films and box sets. TVs are located in the living area, master bedroom, and one guest bedroom, all with internet, HDMI, and Apple TV connectivity.

April 20 to May 1: Pool closed



May 1 to June 15: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



June 16 to August 31: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.



September 1 to October 15: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



The pool is closed outside these dates and times.
