This cottage is in the perfect location and is perfect for any get away! The property managers were really good at communicating and were extremely friendly! The cottage has a lot of amenities, would highly recommend!

Great little place!

We really enjoyed our stay! Very close to everything. Nice yard and quiet. Pet friendly and I wish we had brought our dogs! It was very clean, comfy beds, and exactly what we needed for our little escape. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Austin Home

This home is in the perfect location and very accommodating to families! We messaged the host and asked if we could check-in a few hours earlier since we had a small baby and they were very friendly, timely, and accommodating to our request. We loved this house for our visit to Austin! It’s extremely cute, comfortable, and has a homey feel without sacrificing location!

Fantastic!

The location was absolutely perfect! We were near enough to the fun areas to be able to walk and enjoy all that Austin has to offer, but we were also able to go back to a quiet, relaxing and comfortable location to rest and wind down. The cottage is well stocked with all of the necessities! Charmingly decorated and comfortable! We were also pleasantly surprised to find an Nespresso coffee maker with multiple coffee, selections, available, as well as a traditional coffee maker, and Starbucks ready and waiting for us. The host was very responsive and offered some great selections for dining when asked for recommendations! Although we did not bring our dogs with us for this trip, the home has a large fenced yard perfect for dogs to run and play along with a charming porch and sitting area for you to be able to enjoy the weather! We will absolutely be back and bring our pups! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back! Fantastic!

We were in Austin for the f1 race, the house was 20-30 minutes from the track. There a few good restaurants within walking distance and it’s a nice neighborhood for walking. Otherwise, a short drive to get groceries, visit downtown or dine further away. The house was well equipped and the owners were very responsive. When we inquired about a drip coffee maker, they ordered one and had it delivered the next day. The upper bedroom was spacious and open. There is no door on the ensuite bathroom which I would have preferred for privacy but we made it work for us. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Nice to have laundry access so we could wash everything before we went to our next destination. Thought it was a lovely spot and would definitely recommend it.

Why they chose this property

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a five minute ride to downtown, Zilker park, Barton Springs, ACL, SXSW, and the lake. We are also a short walk to South Congress which offers amazing restaurants and shopping. Matties known for its free range peacocks and Thai Fresh are a few of our favorite local spots just a few blocks from our door.

What makes this property unique

We love animals and welcome pets! We have children's books and games as well as a travel crib, if needed. Our laundry room has workout equipment and a state of the art Tonal exercise machine.
