The only favor we ask is to take all used towels and start a load of laundry, we will handle everything else!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If there is evidence of smoking, you will be charged $500 for the smoke removal fee.
If furniture is damaged, you will be charged for any repairs or replacement.
Please do not take any linens or towels out of the home. Do not leave firepit unattended, make sure fire is completely out after use.
