About this property

The Farmhouse at Bellissima Ranch

This beautiful farmhouse/ranch has everything you and your guests will need for a relaxing and fun filled retreat. With 5 bedrooms and additional futons we can accommodate both a romantic getaway, bachelor/bachelorette weekend or a family reunion. There is a saltwater hot tub and heated saltwater pool onsite as well as a stocked pond for fishing & arcade games. The home sits on 20 acres of land perfect for rest and relaxation with a gorgeous views of the Osage Hills.
The space
This rustic ranch is cozy and spacious to accommodate many different types of getaways. We have fishing, a heated pool and hot tub. There are also dvd's, a Chromecast so you can stream from your own services, high-speed internet, board games, arcade games, and two additional gaming system onsite for your use.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the guest house, hot tub, pond, and heated pool. Guest may use any spaces on the property except for the wedding ceremony and reception spaces. You will be the only people on site. We only open dates for VRBO when we do not have a wedding or event.

The hot tub is open all year. The heater on the pool is a residential pool heater, it's not a $50,000 heater like they have in a hotel it allows us to open the pool much earlier in the year. It is usually open in Mar but it is weather dependent as the heater is a heat pump. It also lets us run it much later in the fall and usually is open until the end of Oct or a little later if we are lucky.

VRBO requires that I say the following. Keep in mind I am required to say this. We can accommodate a large family or group but you "cannot call it a party or event" when booking through this app. So make sure you use verbiage like a reunion, get together, relaxing vacation, etc... If you would like to use the spaces that are not included please contact us for special pricing. Just keep in mind that VRBO has a policy stating that "you can't have a party or event" in these spaces. "It would be strictly for groups that might need a little more space to spread out". Please read their policy for additional details.

Gret Christmas Getaway

Spent the Christmas holiday at the Belissima Ranch with my daughter that goes to school there and family. Lots if room for everyone to spread out and play games! They even gad a Christmas tree ready for us for all if our presents. The property manager was great to make sure we got checked in without issues and was quick to respond to all of my concerns and questions! Thanks for a great stay.

Extended Family Vacation

The outside of the property was very well manicured and offered great space for our extended family and kids to spread out and have a lot of fun. The kids loved the pool and fishing and with so much property, we didn't have to worry about them being close to a road. The open concept also made plenty of space indoors for gathering and eating. Owners were very responsive and great to coordinate with. I would definitely recommend the property.

Property was perfect

We used the property to stay at for me, my wife, and our 3 sons with significant others. Plenty of room for us all. All bedrooms were clean and well kept. Kitchen supported us preparing a big meal. Some bedrooms are well away from main area, so it is great for young night owls. Walks to the pond were a nice distraction. Hot tub was clean. Overall, would stay again if given the chance.

Family vacation

This space was perfect for what we were wanting. The pool was the main attraction and did not disappoint! The house was large enough for everyone to feel comfortable. The only recommendation I would give is to change the bedding from the polyester bedding to something more comfortable. Or bring your own bedding. Other than that, Jackie (the house manager) was awesome and answered all the questions that came up!
