Lakehouse with private pool

Thank you for looking at my home. This is my 4th year on the market as a vacation rental. We hope to have you as a guest. This is a magnificent place to enjoy time with your family and friends. This custom built home is in quiet exclusive Lake community. You arrive thru the front door to overlooking the lake and your own private pool. You'll want to pour a glass of wine and let the stress disappear overlooking the amazing view and beautiful sunsets. In the mornings, take a swim in your private pool. This home has over 3800 sq. ft., sleeps 10 to 12 people comfortably . The master has a romantic fireplace, your own private deck over looking the lake. The kitchen offers all the you need to prepare a delicious meal for your family and friends, along with a outdoor grill. One huge living room that makes any family time enjoyable with floor to ceiling view of the lake.
There are restrictions from the HOA, please NO commercial events and NO parties of any kind. This home is for family and friends that want to enjoy a relaxing and fun time. Because of HOA, NO boats, trailers, RV can be parked in the neighborhood, I have made arrangements for those that need to park any boat, trailer, or RV within walking distance from the house.
Due to insurance restrictions you must be 25 yrs of age to rent. Contact Margie for details.

House Rules

1. NO PETS, the owner is highly allergic animal hair and has asthma and have an allergy to pet dander. My apologies, I know your pets are your family.

Community expectations
This is NOT the home to rent if your looking to have loud parties. It is located in a quiet community on the lake with magnificent views, and enjoy the peacefulness of the sunsets. Please be mindful of other homeowners who live in the area by minimizing the noise after 10pm.

If you would like to rent a boat or rent a boat slip during your stay you can contact Cross Timbers Marina next door to the sub-division.

The house is located on Skiatook lake only 6 minutes from small town but sits in Osage county the biggest in Oklahoma. The house is only 22 minutes to south of downtown Tulsa and 25 minutes north of Pawhuska, Oklahoma.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all bedding on the beds. We have routine that works for us.
Put all dirty towels in the upstairs laundry room. It helps if you would start a load we would appreciate it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The HOA permits any RV's, boats, campers trailers to be parked overnight at the home site. Arrangements have been made for you to park near my home.
The HOA permits any weddings or events to take place at any home in my neighborhood, please respect this when booking my home.
When booking the house please be respective that it is a quiet neighborhood, NO loud parties. This home is for residential use only

Fantastic home, it’s a great place to unwind and spend time with friends and family. This house has plenty of room and everything you need for a large family or friend group to spend time together. Great neighborhood with a spectacular lake view. Just a short drive to the Cross Timbers marina where we rented a pontoon boat and spent the afternoon on the water.

Perfect Lake Getaway

We spent our days on the boat which we kept at Cross Timbers Marina and our evenings poolside. Such a sweet little getaway not too far from home.

We recently stayed in this house with a large group of family and friends and had a wonderful time. House was equipped with anything you could possibly need, and the pool area with views of the lake were breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again!

There is a small town, Skiatook within 7 minutes of the home should you need to run and get any extra items. If you enjoy hiking, this is the place to explore.

What makes this property unique

Cross Timbers marina allows you to dock your boat for $25 a day 918-288-2332. The sub-division doesn't allow boats, RV's, or trailers to be parked at the home. Please let me know if you will be bringing a boat, trailer, or RV so we can secure other parking for those items. Cross Timbers, the marina does have boat slips available to rent for $25 a day.
