The place is cozy, amazing and surroundedby trees. All the amenties provided were in great condition and the host is very responsive. Would definitely come back to this place on our next visit.

Great house!

Our stay at the house was wonderful! ! Jeremy and Rachael were very welcoming and helpful. The house is perfect for a couple - well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, specious bathroom with washer and dryer. We especially appreciated the large private patio surrounded with lush greenery.

Relaxing Oasis

The house is beautiful, clean and offers a relaxing retreat in the evenings on the back deck. The jacuzzi was great once we warmed it up which took hours since it hadn’t been used in a while and was cold. It would be nice to have turned it on before we arrived. Good location in the hills above Rincon but be aware roads are winding and narrow, although that’s true for the whole area. They supplied beach towels and chairs which were very helpful. Rachael was wonderful to work with and easily reachable if needed.

Great place to stay

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, well appointed, this place was perfect for our couple vacation. It was spotless, no bugs which is amazing in PR, and the decor and high end finishes were top notch. Sufficient storage in every room, which is also rare, a great spacious bathroom with good water pressure, and well appointed kitchen. Lovely deck, huge good quality smart TV, AC that works well in both bedroom and living room, everything was perfect. The only very minor thing is the occasional street noise: it’s not a quiet street. And there’s a reason it’s called Birdsong! The roosters and birds may wake you up at dawn if you’re a light sleeper, but that’s all over PR.The location is also great, it’s near the town with a lot of restaurant and shopping options, close to the best beaches in the area, and yet not right in the middle of the busy touristy area. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy Rincon!

The best host of a gorgeous property!

The home is gorgeous just as described, with many high end details to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. There's even a guitar that sounds amazing and we are not musicians! We had some needs during our stay and a situation with no water. Since the responses from the co-host did not met our needs, the host and owner jumped right in, came to bring what we needed, speak with us and check everything and, though the situation was not resolved during our trip, we felt cared for and met a wonderful person. A tip for the jacuzzi, turn it on half an hour before you plan to get in it for the water to reach your desired temperature. We hope to be back once the water pump is in place. Thank you Jeremy!
