This property just underwent a total remodel of the entire property. New Kitchen, Bathrooms, Flooring, Cabinets and Furniture!

This is the 2nd Floor Condo - more private than the 2nd floor - less steps than the 3rd floor!

The Villa on Sandy Beach is a spacious 3 bedroom condominium- vacation rental right on Sandy Beach in Rincon. Its perfect for families or groups of friends and includes a full kitchen, air conditioned, laundry, two bathrooms, parking, a rooftop terrace and beach side deck. The full kitchen is perfect for cooking the fresh catch from the local fisherman and produce from the local markets.

Key pad lock didn’t work all of the time. Sometimes it took 5 plus times of entering the 4 digit code. There were not enough bath towels and there were no beach chairs provided for floor 2. View was amazing and the house was clean and orderly. Overall it was a good stay and assuming the host fixes the issues I would return.

Forest - ideally if you had reported these issues issues during your stay rather than after you left, they could have been addressed. We show no reported issues with the lock. We also found that when you registered, you indicated that there were only 2 guests but you brought several more with you - that would explain why you didnt have enough towels. We only set out based on your reservation details. We were here to support you if only you had taken time to reach out.

Everything was perfect! The house and view were amazing. The beach is steps away and I loved listening to the waves as well. It is close to some restaurants and bars. Lawrence responded quickly and was a great host! The roof, patio and balcony were lovely. We loved looking at stars from the roof each night. The people in the area were kind. I’m glad I didn’t have to drive because the roads are small and sometimes very steep in the area. We hope to return!

The beach and location was absolutely fabulous. The view from 2nd floor is partially obstructed by palm trees, still beautiful, but the roof deck has amazing panoramic views. The unit washer and dryer did not work, but the host was very responsive and accommodating about this. A few suggestions would make this a true 5 place. Lack of dishwasher was a bummer. The cookware is heavily damaged with scratched teflon. Kitchen and bathrooms could have better starter supplies/basics, bath rugs. The master bedroom could really use a king size bed and better quality mattress, and all the bedding needs an upgrade. More area rugs to keep floors clean and to trap sand would be a great addition. Additional comfortable seating on the balcony with tables for drinks would also be a nice addition. Overall it was a beautiful vacation spot and we loved our holiday in Rincon!

From the beginning, we had concerns about hosting Maura, and those concerns proved accurate. The washing machine issue was resolved, but she was generally a difficult guest to host.

We had a great stay here. The condo has everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch….plenty of restaraunts for dinner in the area too. the beach was beautiful, and it was great to be next door to rentals for surf boards and beach chairs. I left a small camera part there ant the owner graciously mailed it back to me. Would definitely stay again

The property is excellent in all respects - location, cleanliness, appliances etc. Beach at the front and nice restaurants down the street. Larry was more than responsive in communicating with us and getting things done. We will be back.

Amazing, As Always

We love Larry's place! It's a beautiful space with all the amenities. The air conditioner in the living room is a plus (the other units do not have it). We've stayed three times in Larry's unit and will come back!
