We had a Great Stay while in town for working on a local church project. Great location about 10 minutes from our project, the house was in Great Condition and Clean! We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Overall we had a great stay!
The place was absolutely perfect. Very clean & just felt like home as soon as you walk in. Owner is very friendly & responsive. We loved everything about our stay. Cozy fire pit is definitely a bonus. We will absolutely stay here again.
The house was perfect for us. Everything was as advertised. Only thing is GPS brings you on the side road while the best drive way is on the main road. Once we figured that out we were good. And wow there's no cell reception, but you warned us of that ahead of time.

Thanks for the review!
I just wanted to clarify for future guests that cell service is available at the house once you are connected to our WiFi.
Home was very comfortable and clean, and absolutely beautiful and welcoming. The bed (we only used one) was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare most meals. Wish our kids had been with is because the room with the bunk beds was pretty cool! Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Host was very pleasant and communication was easy, there were no issues!
A group of friends from high school were traveling to visit another friend who just moved to the area. The location was a quick two mile drive to his new place. The home was perfectly suited for our group with a spacious open area, two large full bathrooms and great bedroom spaces. It was warm and welcoming, and we especially loved the long farmhouse table for gathering to eat or play cards. We plan on making the trip an annual one and definitely plant to book this location again!
This house was better than expected. They have done a lovely job with the remodel. From the big kitchen table to the bathroom showers.
We had a small group for the North Springs Music Festival, sl we were not at the house much. We did a group breakfast and realized the kitchen could use for a few more main staples (spatulas, bowls, etc).. nothing that got in our way of enjoying.
There really is no cell reception, but the wifi worked without issue.
We would rent this property again.
This house was perfect for our stay to see my children and grandchildren. We live in different states (but not for long) and it made for a perfect setting for our Christmas gathering, right between Moss and Cookeville. The dinning table was large and with 10 chairs, no one was left out!!! My sister and I were able to have a sleep over with 2 of my grands, it was so much fun, the bunk house room, was perfect!!! It offers 2 large bathrooms with soft, cozy towels. Bedrooms with dressers and closet space means you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. We even got to see the owners and their Furbabies 😉 We really had a great time and it was hard to leave. You can even get a pretty sunset pic if the weather allows.
