About this property

Beautiful and spacious home with a pool

This house is new to the rental pool. It is a three bedroom 3.5 bath home with a large loft. The kitchen and living room have an open concept, giving it room for your large gatherings. The outside has an amazing pool just outside the back door. Just to the side of the pool is a bar area with a fire pit and outdoor tv for your enjoyment. Next to the bar area is the bbq pit and outdoor seating for hanging out and eating. There are two hammocks for your lazy outdoor relaxing as well. This house offers great relaxation after a long day on the river.

This home comes with a parking pass for river access. It is about a 100 yard walk from parking to Seven Bluff Crossing. You can drop your stuff by the river and then go park.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family group numbering 20 each reserved this home for July 3-6, 2026. It is one of many homes in the neighborhood used as a rental. The home is somewhat challenging to identify, as there are NO address numbers at the street level for ANY of the homes. You have to walk up to a home in order to see a number. This house is "as described and photographed" in the Vrbo ad. From the back porch, you can see wildlife beyond the pool fence, such as rabbits, a fox and deer, which were all spotted during our stay.It features a separate outdoor area with a fire pit and a large TV for viewing. The pool was very clean.The kitchen, appliances, utensils, etc., were all sufficient for our needs.We visited "Hippie Chic's River Shack" restaurant and bar down the road and we highly recommend it. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is excellent. The Vrbo provides two (2) each parking passes, valued at $25 each, to use when accessing the Frio River. Our crew spent an entire day floating up and down the river and it was wonderful. We provided our own floats, but there are local companies that will provide that service. The Frio River temperature was warm that day and quite pleasant. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, bring a pop-up tent to provide shade, as the shady side of the river is privately owned. Also, consider folding chairs, to sit with your feet in the river.Our Vrbo contact person answered our calls and texts immediately. She was very pleasant and their customer service was excellent.

First thing, the photos online do NOT give this property the credit it deserves. The property was amazing, clean, comforting, and perfectly located for local activities! Although the Frio was nearly bone dry the property made up for it all. Pool, volleyball, fire pit, outdoor seating with TV, bbq pit….what Frio?!?! Would definitely recommend!
