LARGE HOME ON THE BEAUTIFUL QUIET FRIO RIVER

The Frio River Oasis is a large 5 bedroom, 3 bath home on the Frio River just east of Leakey. In the entrance is a quiet sitting area for reading or visiting, as well as a small bar height table for additional eating space. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a serving bar and dining table. The spacious living room features tile floors and a propane fireplace. The Master bedroom has a king sized and queen size bed, with a large private shower/tub combo bathroom. Downstairs there are three additional bedrooms. One has two queen beds and large walk in closet, second has a single king bed, and the next one has a queen size bed and a twin daybed with trundle (sleeps2). There is another full-size bathroom with shower/tub combo downstairs. A washer and dryer, provided for your convenience, are next to a half bath downstairs as well. Towels and linens are included for your convenience. Upstairs is the fifth bedroom with two queen beds and full size daybed for additional guests (additional $100/ night). There is a large gazebo with a picnic table and chairs overlooking the Frio River and a fire pit provides an excellent place to just sit and enjoy the peaceful setting or visit with guests.
